My sushi was ready to collect early, and the packaging and condiments were good. The sushi itself was very tasty. Would order again

The delivery order arrived after 2 and a half hours because they said the payment didnt manage to go through but didnt tell us this until we decided to call them

Extremely disappointed with Zen Pama and Kamana who was the cashier. Ordered food which I went to pick up since I had a voucher. 1) They missed one item which I ordered via phone. 2) They didn't want to accept my voucher since it didn't...have any details with regards to name etc, which I believe they should fill in the first place 3) When I got my order felt that something is missing, but they assured there are everything. When I got to car, I checked the box again and was sure that something is missing. 4) Went back to the shop, but they were assuring me twice that there are everything that I ordered. Luckily I found the receipt and then they believed me and admitted that they made a mistake. They have great sushi, but extremely disappointed with their service.More

Zen sushi is one of those restaurants with which I have a love hate relationship. The sushi is extremely good. Even the place itself is spick and span however the prices are very steep. In fact, I am visiting this place a lot less than...I used to. Another concern of mine is when I order the food to take home. Nearly always I find an item that is missing and the thing is that I still would have paid for it. It is a pity really but I don't want to throw away my hard earned cash for any sushi.More
