Stopped by here for a quick lunch after being referred to it by a local friend. The restaurants "ftira" (sort of like a toasted sandwich in Maltese bread) is said to be the best on the island. As I am new to the country I wasn't sure what to expect but I am incredibly pleasantly surprised. The bread was crunchy... More

This is a low budget cafe/take away just off the main drag in Sliema. The counter was busy but I sat in with a cold prawn pasta, chunky french fries and nearly a half pint of latte for.......E5.00 ! Give it a try for lunch.

Very disappointed This place is closed. A friend recommended Serafino but when we went we found out it's been closed since May. Not even notice on door.I asked one neighbour she told me that they moved somewhere in Sliema

In June 2011, found this great little restaurant tucked just off the main Selima Creek waterfront. Once found, several evenings were enjoyed at this excellent restaurant. Imagine our disappointment to find it was closed up when we arrived this year. However some detective work found that the team had moved to a new location on the Qui-Si-Sana Road in Sliema.... More

The service and food were excellent. We enjoyed it as the food in the hotel was not good.

Dined here one evening. Its location is well described in other reviews. Delightful decor and excellent food. Quite a small restaurant but very stylish. Quite a large menu but our choices were superbly prepared and presented. Complimentary bruscetta and olives. Staff were very charming and efficient. Would certainly recommend it. They also had quite a large wine list but I... More

This is a busy little restaurant the food was decent and had a good choice although my veal was a bit tough... but this seemed to be with most meats. I think they must cut it different to England. The portions were on the small side but on the whole we had a good night and for a better class... More

We went here twice and enjoyed it both times> The wait staff was different at lunch than at dinner but both times they were excellent.. The food was great and the whole experience much better than in the really touristy spots a few blocks away.

I was actually looking for another place but since I didn't find it I went to Serafino. Restaurant is located in St.Dominic Street, very close to the Strand. The place was almost full but there was still some table available. I was a bit suspicious because of the menu. Too many dishes in list. Even a Serbian/Bulgarian salad and actually,... More
