We have been here many times over the years, so it was very nice to come back and find it unchanged. My partner is vegetarian and doesn’t drink, so we often have problems with finding things her likes and will eat. Never here. Food is...More

I’ve never felt the need to write such a review before but I feel it is my duty to warn people. If I can save one person from disappointment then I will have succeeded. My wife and I looked for a place with good reviews...More

After being frustrated by how busy and uninterested so many restaurants were on a busy Saturday night in Valletta we were about to give up and head back to the hotel. But spotted this cafe clearly popular with locals. Immediately were acknowledged and sat down...More

Ranieri`s is literally in the centre of Valetta: an unobtrusive cafe/restaurant on the main thoroughfare (Republic Street). We arecalways a little wary of restaurants in the centre of towns as they generally cater sub standard food to mass tourism. However Ranieri`s was definitely worth the...More

I had very good salmon, green salad, and chips, with a cold beer, and cold water. The service was a bit slow but, the waiter was very pleasant and the food well-cooked. There seemed to be several local families eating there, which is always a...More

Located on the busy republic street, Ranieri is a reasonably priced local cafe/restaurant. The food was tasty and we were given Bruschetta for free as a starter. Only downside was slow service but Bruschetta made up for it.
