Situated 1km after the “Tombs Of The Kings” on the way to Coral Bay. Public transport to Melania every 20 minutes. Every Thursday we offer Cypriot MEZE. We offer on Fridays, dinner time a big selection of only fresh fish. We usually offering the cypriot traditional BBQ. As a starter, our big offer is the original greek salad and many dips. We can't say that we are the best place. But, yes, we have Great vineyard, lots of herbs, trees, huge seating

Amazing food, well worth a visit if in Paphos. We had the meat meze and it was to die for, everything was delicious. A carafe of red wine finished it off perfectly. Great hosts and really welcoming. Explained the menu to us and even showed...us the meat cooking on the outdoor grill. If we’re ever in Paphos again we will be back here for a mealMore

Went to Melanias twice whilst staying nearby. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. Service was outstanding. Setting is lovely, surrounded by climbing grape vines and plants. Would recommend stifado, moussaka, and chicken souvlaki. The portions were a good size and came with salad and home made...chips. Will definitely recommend and return next time in Paphos.More

The service was lovely. The owner (probably) brought some extra stories and tips expect great food. Fish was fresh, grilled pory was juicy inside and crispy outside. Be careful with hot pepper though, its... hot. 5/5

This place is exactly what we wanted, Serving authentic delicious food, you can sit and enjoy the food over drinks with friends with no rush, just to enjoy the evening. Sitting in a courtyard under grapevines and next to chilli plants, that end up on...your plate, all while the host and BBQ extraordinaire - George, adds fun and laughter to the evening. George is clearly passionate about his food and his restaurant, i couldn't ask for a better host. The food, atmosphere, drinks and style of eating were all brilliant.More

Booked to check out the bbq and was not disappointed. Lovely Chicken and Pork off the skewers with chips, cous cous. If you are not big eaters then you should only order one mixed bbq and that will feed two people. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in...amongst the grapevines. Thank you George, we will visit again.More

Best food we found in Cyprus, and we tried a few different traditional restaurants on our travels around the island. All of the food at Melania was 10/10, mousaka, fresh fish, squid, chicken souvla, halloumi all excellent, home made bread & chips were delicious. Georgios...is a very welcoming host and the restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The history of the restaurant is interesting too. Anyone visiting Cyprus should visit Melania at least once - you won’t be disappointed.More

A beautiful place with amazing hosts. We had dinner as a family. We ordered a Greek salad with dips for start, for the kids fish and chips and nuggets. We ordered an excellent pot stew that cooked for a long time and also a traditional...pork skewer which was very tasty. The place is stunning and sitting in the evening was under vines. The place is highly recommended! (There is even a play area for children, amazing!)More

We went to Melania's for lunch and we had a great experience. The food was delicious as well as the service. Penny and George were kind and made us feel at home. I strongly recommend the Moussaka dish.

Hot grill, fresh fish and nice host. We were the first diners to arrive around 6.15pm. Owner showed us his one-of-a-kind rotating charcoal grill. I was jealous but I wouldn’t have a need to cook this much meat at home :; ) The chicken portions...were huge, luckily we were all hungry. The bass was cooked and served whole beautifully. Falafel has wheat in it and was a bit heavy to finish. Chips were to die for, plenty of seasoning and salt (we didn’t need to add anything) and come served on a huge central plate - polished off everything! His own white wine was strong and tasty, most Cypriot wines are very easy to drink. Overall the bill for five of us including two rounds of drinks a big starter and mains was €134 which I thought was reasonable considering. Would I go back.? Definitely yes.More

A very welcoming family run restaurant with fabulous food. Gorgeous setting sat under the grape vines. A little play area for young kids. The owner Georgios was so helpful and interesting. Helped us with choosing our food and even gave us some complimentary local peaches...from his tree at the end. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back when we visit Paphos again! I highly recommend the lamb special and the octopus. Their homegrown wine was one of the best I’ve had, we even took a bottle for takeaway. The pickled chilli (which they also grow) was really tasty but HOT!More

On arrival you get a warm welcome from the wonderful staff and meet the owner. It's authentic food, family run, high quality food that is worth every penny from what I'd say isn't an expensive menu, but people's budgets are different. We dined under the...vines on both occasions with lots of locals also eating there. So on the first visit, Georgio showed us the chicken and pork souvla that was cooking and we were sold. We had some of both which was exceptionally succulent, the portions were not small either, if we were not going into town that night we would have took the rest back to our appartment. On the second visit we primed to order the fish as it was the special of the day, thinking we would come back again for the kleftico, but the slow cooked, melt in the mouth kleftico was ordered, again just wow, along with two carafes of his home produced white wine. Another truly great meal. Be wary of trying the fresh chilli's that he grows in the restaurant as both the green and red one's have a kick. We only visited a few restaurants during our stay, but would say that if you are in the area, you would be wrong not to make a visit. It's a definite 10 out of 10 from me.More

We stopped in here on our first night in Paphos and we are so glad we did! Absolutely beautiful out the back with grape vines overhead. The staff were so attentive and friendly. We had the best salad for starter and the octopus and bbq...pork for mains were out of this world. They make their own homemade white wine which I can honestly say was the best glass of white I’ve had. Highly recommend this restaurant although it is out of the main town, there’s a bus stop right outside. Definitely worth a visit.More

We visited here today as a totally off the cuff decision and by God was it the best. The setting alongside the road, however once sitting in the back under the grapevines you wouldn't know there was a road there The food here was just...something, we had the kalamari and greek salad between us, huge portions of the tastiest and freshest kalamari I've ever eaten. The staff are so personable and the chef served us and explained food to us, really lovely touch. The lady who helped us chose explained that the kalamari had come straight out the sea that day. Really good value for money too. For a truly traditional Greek experience do not miss this place.More
