Zum Zirkelwirt is a super cosy and leaned-back restaurant near Mozartplatz. Prices are moderate, quality high, service good, what's not to like? The Risotto with scampi was simply brillant. The schnitzel... No, just take the Risotto and enjoy the atmosphere.
