Fantastic find with amazing food and great service

We visited here our first night in Salzburg after a long day of walking. It was super busy with a mix of locals and tourists, but only waited 15 mins for a table. The food and wine were incredible and the service was amazing! Highly...recommend if you enjoy Indian food or are just looking for something different.More

Great Indian food away from the city hustle!

My partner and I visited the Taj Mahal for dinner during our stay in Salzburg. This was very convenient in terms of where we were staying and in a quiet part of town away from the hustle of the city centre. Both the service and...the food were of high quality and we would not hesitate to recommend it. It is a large restaurant so big enough for groups but also has a good, intimate atmosphere. The prices are very competitive and, in our view, represent good value for money. A very enjoyable evening.More

Must Visit for an Indian meal.

The best Indian food we had in Germany- France and Austria. Food was delicious, served hot and the naan was superb, straight from the tandoor, thin and lightly buttered to perfection. The gulab jamuns, made in house, were superb too. Service is quick and the...interiors very nicely decorated.More

Tasty and authentic

Food was incredible. We are part of the Indian diaspora, and thought the food was as good as we have had out in a long time. The service was top notch as well. We loved it so much, we came back twice :)

India in Salzburg

Good Indian food, with kind service. We had both the menus in order to get a taste of everything. We really enjoyed it. Do advise to book in advance as it can be busy during the holiday period.

Amazing Indian food

The best Indian food we have ever had. We saw the review on TripAdvisor and decided to try it after not wanting to eat any more traditional Austrian food after 14 days. The chicken biryani and butter chicken were out of this world. The decor...is cute and the service was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes Indian food!!More

Exceptional food

I ordered butter chicken and it was the best chicken dish I’ve ever had in an Indian restaurant. I recommend a visit if you are in Salzburg.

Best Indian food in the EU

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at. The food rivals Indian Accent in NYC. The biryani was superb and the vegetarian dishes are all very very good. I’d come back again.

Lovely food and staff

We arrived just before a very busy evening for the staff. Our food was slightly slow but excellent when it arrived. Staff were attentive, have great English and accommodating for allergies and slight menu substitutions. Food was excellent. Clean restaurant but slightly warm. People after...us got slower service as the restaurant was packed outside and in. Really would recommend. Value excellent as wellMore
