Had a one night stay in Innsbruck after a weeks skiing in the Dolomites as a family with two teenage daughters. Booked Die Pizzerie after reading reviews here and was not at all disappointed. The table wasn't quite ready when we arrived so were offered a seat in the bar, straight away drinks were provided and great advice offered on... More

Came here for some comfort food (pizza, pasta etc) and we certainly got that! Very relaxed and inviting environment, would certainly come again.

We went there several times already and have never been disappointed. Every time the service was excellent and the food exceptional good. They have a wide range of italian style dishes, with a great selection of pizzas. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and helpful, but not in an annoying way.. The wine card is also a delight and... More

Food was excellent, but the service attitude of the young male waitress was poor. When we very ready with our dishes he asked "pay?" despite we had wine left in our glasses, like we should leave the place ASAP. Usually waitresses take the initiative for paying only if they are leaving for home.

Die Pizzerei makes pizzas by the hundred but we didn't have them although they looked splendid! We ate from the main menu. All food was very fresh, well cooked and well presented. We had bruschetta, soup , pasta Norma (aubergines) chestnut gnocchi and bream over three visits plus tiramisu and coffee. Austrian traditional food is brather heavy and we enjoyed... More

Like Kat M's review we didn't have a reservation and also turned up about 7pm on Friday night. Again like Kat's experience they were fully booked but said if we were happy they could fit us in at the end of the bar which was tucked in a corner but still felt cozy The pizzas were huge great value for... This has got to be one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy. It was perfectly cooked with a crispy base, and wonderfully fresh ingredients. We turned up on a Friday night about 7ish without a reservation - which was a mistake (and is for anywhere in Innsbruck!) But a lovely woman managed to find us a table... More

Weird menu full of pizza (maybe 30 choices) but hardly 3 pasta choices..pizza is good but expensive. (11-14euro for a regular pizza).pizza is not in pieces so you have to use a knife.good quality of buffalo and tomato sauce.staff friendly and quick.would recommend it for pizza.

While we were for one night at Innsbruck, both me and my wife spent some time looking and walking around trying to find a local (for locals) place for dinner. This is more like a bar restaurant but it's a great alternative, even while we arrived at the time when the place was full, without a rsv. the staff crazy... More

With Italy a Stone-Cast away, its common to find italian Restaurants in Innsbruck. But this one's a Highlight. Authentic italian Dishes. Authentic Service. Only the tables are also in italian Sizes measured. Meaning: you get often squeezed, so not really for claustrophobic guests suitable ;) this is the only reason for my 4/5. You must test the Bar - youll... More
