We wanted to visit Wratschko Gastwirtschaft as it was prominently featured on an episode of Anthony Bourdain. As clueless tourists, we had a bit of difficulty finding the restaurant as it is Inconspicuously tucked into a building on Neustiftgasse (we walked about 20 minutes from...More

It's hard to say whether there are better or worse restaurants along the Neustiftgasse. I'm not sure since I've had a limited time in Vienna, but this place is excellent. I went to Wratschko because it had, of course, been featured on Bourdain's Vienna "No...More

I went to Wrastschko for early dinner and the experience was great. The waitress was super nice and recommended a dish which turned out to be delicious. The service was quick and the food as expected: excellent.

This is what Vienna is all about, relaxed atmosphere, great service and mouth watering food that is hard to find anywhere else in the world.

The food and service were good. The restautant is not fancy at all and it was even a bit dirty. Many customers seemed to be local when we were here and it must be a good sign!

If you want extremely unfriendly service, go here! Even when talked to the manager, they wouldn't help! No thank you, there are plenty of other nice restaurants in the area that serve better dishes! Stay away!

A bit low key but very tasty a typical Viennese eating house. Off the beaten path but close enough to walk. The soup was tasty the deer very good. Would go baxk

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries,
arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde
shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with
cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make
for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and
art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at
Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a
perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.
