Worst food I have eaten and the worst service I have experienced. Unfriendly waiter, not at all welcoming. Gnocchi clearly a microwave meal but with a 10 euro price tag, big bits of corriander to make it look homemade and not much of it. Avoid at all costs, wish we had read these reviews before coming here. Go elsewhere and... More

We visited here out of necessity I suppose as most places are shut in Vienna on a Sunday. Straightforward menu, pizza, pasta etc and the food we had was ok. However, maybe it's because we're British, but you do expect a certain level of service. I hadn't finished eating, though my husband had. The waiter proceeded to lean right over me... More

We went there for a cup of cappuccino and desert. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The sacher cake and the other deserts my friends ordered were almost awfull. The personel wasn't verry nice. When we asked for the check,we saw that was handwritten on it "tip: 10 euro"( arround 15% from total). Also, the waiter that brought us the check told... More

This is a place where you would probably end up if everything else is full or you wandered carelessly in Vienna's downtown. The place looks deceivingly trendy but it is possibly the worst restaurant in Europe. The food is terrible, it would appear that the cooks are uninterested in preparing an edible meal. Even the coffee is bad and poorly... More

We were quite desperate to find a place to drink a Vienna coffee (all of the other coffee house were full) and tried this place. It's was also nearly full but managed to get a table for 2. They also serve the famous Sachertorte so we ordered this in addition of the coffee. I mean the drink was good and... More

We didn't dine-in at this restaurant so can't really say much about the service there. However, we did take away two spaghetti dishes and they were okay for the price (under EUR 20). Good for a quick hot feed if you're on the go and if you happen to be in the area.

The saloon is a bit congested but the atmosphere is warm. We tried Minestrone, Prosciutto and Lamb chops accompanied by an Italian Cabernet and much satisfied. Special thanks to our Macedonian Turkish waiter Erhan for his swift and perfect service.

Have come to this place in the past and the food and service was reasonable, so decided to visit with my friends for quick pizza during Christmas shopping.OMG, the pizza is frozen, not fresh, wine was disgusting so I had to return in and service was flat horrible. We stayed for 30 min and run away. How can a place... More

Maybe I'm used to American omlettes, but the ham omelette I got was very greasy. Maybe their dinner food is better?

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
