Surly staff and a general ambience of hostility to anyone who wanted to eat or drink makes this a place to avoid. Food was ok.

We were a group of 11. Most people got pizzas, I got a risotto with chicken and pesto. It was fine, but in no way memorable. Two people liked the pizzas, but most said "2-2.5 out of 5 stars". Service was also ok. Not terrible as some of the reviews here states, but nothing to give anyone the warm-and-fuzzies either.... More

Great ambiance in center of Vienna. Right in the heart of a popular shopping district a great we hideaway to warm up, recharge and relax.

Everything about this place is at the very best mediocre, but it is the surly, unpleasant, ill tempered service that really stands out in awfulness. In between arguing with each other and sulking around tables ferrying whatever swill the kitchen produces, waiters and waitresses may or may not bother to grudgingly take your order or perhaps just scowl in your... Terrible service and way overpriced food, but okay tasting. They uses frozen vegetables in the dishes which is a minus as well. Again, terrible service, and bad toilets.

The food was fine. I got the carbonara and a friend ordered the risotto. She was brought a pizza and that's when it all went south.... She corrected the staff member and she went off to sort it out. The staff continued to talk about the situation loudly in the restaurant and keep staring over at our table. It made... More

Food was fairly ok but not really priceworthy. Service was a complete disaster. Really rude staff. Left before desert and coffee because they were not even interested to sell....Not recommended!

Simply an average restaurant. The food was good (we had pizza and risotto) for reasonable prices, but our drinks were put on a wrong table, the waiting staff was a mixture of friendly and bored-looking people and the interior is of no style at all. I cannot tell we were really disappointed, but the whole place has no interest in... More

I had ordered margharita and apple soda. both were incredibly amazing however the lady who took my order and had me serve me didnt seem to be happy. She gave cold and "I dont care" vibes.

We went as a party of 4. The wifi didn't work, the waiter had difficulty understanding that we wanted 2 tuna sandwiches so we had to use sign language and point. We saw pizzas which looked ok but maybe a bit dry. Our friends had a calzone pizza which was stuffed well and tasty. The risotto was also tasty but... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
