The food was delicous, the waiter was nice and quick. We had a good dinner here. As a plus, it is near to the city center.

We were served a raw chicken Schnitzels after the waiter messed up our orders and made us wait almost an hour. The battered chicken was completely pink and uncooked in the middle. We alerted the waiter who seemed totally disinterested. He took the plates away...More
We visited here twice in one week to eat and three times for a drink. The pub/cafe was very close to our hotel, The K&K. So welcoming and friendly. Reasonable price with good service. Beer was excellent as well as the Austrian wine. What more...More
Great simple austrian dishes at great prices. Service great. Can be a bit of a wait but worth it. Try the wiener apfel strudle. Something else!
Thank you very much. Family Fedezuk
The old town seems full of average to good cafes and high end options but this authentic and friendly family restaurant was a joy to find. A fair price for excellent food. Wise not to order a starter!. Nice beers, friendly and set in a...More
There are 4 restaurants very close to each other in this alley in Spittelberg. This gasthaus seemed the most sympathetic in the row and we were not disappointed. It was warm enough to sit outside. It was friendly priced and since I already had so...More

Stumbled upon this place while visiting the Spittelberg area. Sat outside as it was a nice evening. Blankets were provided in case it cooled off a bit. The food was good but what made the evening was the lovely staff. They couldn't have been friendlier.
Had a nice evening with friends in this little place in Spittelberg. It's only 5 minutes walk from the Museum Quarter. Had the roast beef with potatoes, which was superb. Good beer, nice service which all added to a good evening out.
