We found ourselves often there, at different times - sometimes as the mid-day with luch or cookies, nicely services and even while our kid was sleeping next to us in the stroller. Or, at the evening, doing some work beforehand and then celebrating the end...More

We decided to stop by for dinner having read some nice reviews on their Schnitzel. This place is definitely underrated and I was slightly shocked by how many negative reviews it has received. Perhaps it's just not the best place for tea. Their main meals...More

Not a great choice for breakfast. Standard and nothing extra. Not like other Asian Ritz Carlton hotels

My friend and I wanted to treat ourselves to a nice tea-time and chose to try Tea and the City at the Ritz-Carlton. My expectations were high as I had stayed at this hotel chain on business trips before (not in my hometown Vienna, obviously)...More

While waiting I decided to grab a tea and a light lunch, a tuna sandwich & fries which I thoroughly enjoyed! Service and staff was friendly and I cannot complain about the service or the food - thank you.

I have been here in a couple of occasions (twice with friends and alone too). All drinks and dishes are overpriced. Even the Sacher is much cheaper! On one occasion there were heavy works going on in the nearby toilets. The noise was so loud...More

If you feel like pampering yourself or just want to share a day with love ones, I highly recommend afternoon tea at the Ritz-Carlton! Delicious food - although a bit more salty choices could have been offered - perfect service. An experience in itself!

The idea of afternoon tea with a cocktail included sounded intriguing, so we tried it. And to start on a positive note, the visual appeal of the tea set is great, with the food trays displayed in a large hoop suspended from a special hook...More

Quiet, sophisticated, impeccable service, excellent wine and wonderful food. What more is there? This restaurant is open all day. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 11:00 am.

I was extremely disappointed with the gluten free afternoon tea I was served on New Year's Day. Whilst nicely presented the food was horrible. The open sandwiches were in a thick slice of gluten free bread which totally overpowered the toppings. The cakes and scones...More
