- Food and drinks are good as well as it's price. - The Female Staff is quite rude and not very accomodating. I think she should be trained in proper customer care service. - The place is generally clean and organized but very narrow and there's not much space...

Very nice meal here at a decent price. Basic local dishes with good flavour. The service was quick and efficient. The pub/restaurant is well located just off one of the main thoroughfares.

My partner and I stumbled across this bar. They had a large selection of beer, food looked good (although we didn't eat) and nice service. One of the more expensive bars we visited whilst in the city but ideal if you need rehydrating after a day pounding the streets sightseeing.

The other day in Vienna, after a long flight, a morning of touring, I wanted a bite to eat but not in a a restaurant that perceived itself as a "high brow" white table cloth establishment with haughty waiters. This I found in Stadtboden near the St. Stephan's Square. Warm and inviting on a chilly day, the waitress was congenial,... More

After a long day of walking around the city center, this was a good spot to stop for a beer and some appetizers. Good selection of beers and get service. Didn't have dinner but the food was good. I would be back. !

It is hard to find a good burger in Europe. But in a restaurant that prides itself on such, and will charge $20 (USD) for a burger and chips, one would expect better quality. Presentation and taste are not the problem, but the meat preparation is. European meat quality does surpass US quality in many ways, but not when a... More

Dear NHFoodieSouthernNH! thank you for your message and that you find the atmosphere and our service fine! But I am wondering about the meat quaility you complained. For us quality is the most important point in the food Service industry. And regarding our Burgers (we sell a lot of them) we use pure fresh meat, spiced with salt and pepper... More

Awful service, waited an hour for food and then when it came it was very disappointing. Food was dry and over priced.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
