The food was delicious! I choose tuna tartare for the starter which was great, followed by seabass with shells and spinach which was also v good! The sorbets are a must if you are after something light for dessert!

Very posh place to eat, prices are high compared to other places one can go to. Atmosphere is great, dark, mysterious and the waiters are many, and al are young men that quickly act upon very wish. Food is excellent, Italian, although not very experimental I would say. I drank truly great white Austrian wine, a Chardonnay but very dry:... More

It's crowded , you should consider booking in advance to avoid waiting among the smokers at the bar. It is rather trendy , up scale so better get a jacket to avoid being out of place. Most of the time you find a gregarious , noisy crowd in a pleasant atmosphere. There is probably the best Italian cuisine in Vienna.... More

Well, it's one of the usual modern/posh/young snobs trap. The personnel were friendly and polite. The dish we ordered (venison) was very good. I vouch for that! The beer was served in champagne-flute-glasses ! (Really now!!!) So...what? Well, if you go to Vienna you don't really need to go to a place that is most likely easy to find 2-3... More

Very popular restaurant with a busy (and smoky) bar scene in a separate area from the dining room. Excellent food. Good service.

This Italian restaurant is not cheap. But ..... the food is very very good. As is the wine! It's like having dinner in a small and good restaurant in Italy. The ambiance might be a bit too trendy for some, but for us it was never an issue. Take an entree, main course and a desert with accompanying wine and... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
