The local is really small, but people always just come to take one Aperitif and go, so if you have patience wait some minutes and enjoy this place, because the food is great.

Right in the town center, few meters from the Graben. From outside it is really nothing special but inside... Small, crowded, twenty or even more small sandwiches like tapas. So fresh, so tasty, small slices of bread with cheese or eggs or vegetables or fish...More

Interesting concept and well executed! The staff was warm and welcoming (they have an English version of the menu). The place was crowded so it was hard to fit in our group of 5. It's perfect to have lunch with a couple of friends.

We took our three children and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was a welcomed break from the heavy meals we have enjoyed throughout Austria.

Stop by for little open-faced sandwiches with myriad combinations of flavors. Egg is a dominant theme for the sandwiches but explore. The truffle oil egg was good and the fishy ones were tasty (if you like fish). The ambiance is unique with standing tables and...More

Since first time in Vienna 1997 Trzesniewski has been a must. Quality and service is always good, even if you come 10 min before closing. But don’t come that late, be in time for a full selection of the small goodies. Good value for money.
