It has be a big disappointment of been here with my important business people. It was a shame to be here. From the entrance everything start. Somebody needs to teach people how to smile. We sat down given the menus. After we ordered the food one waitress came to change the cutlery and dropped them on the table and she... More

I have been in quite a few Italian restaurant since im a big enthuziast of the Italian cuisine. Procacci is definitely one of the best that i have ever been. The service was excellent (the waiter very friendly and every dish was on time). I enjoyed every plate we ordered but my favourite was medaglioni di manzo. The red wine... More

I used to like very much this restaurant! We have been many times in Procacci, because I liked the food and the design of the restaurant. Tonight I left the restaurant absolutely disappointed. First the lady that served us overcharged us with 4 antipasti, when we ordered one antipasti plate, which is not bigger than 2 normal antipasti plate (... More

Italian sophisticated decor with beautiful floral at the entry. Great local lively and stylish diners. Many locals drop by for drinks in the courtyard area before and after dinner. In fair weather dining outside in the courtyard is fun, especially for people watching and inside offers an inviting atmosphere. Service was professional and relaxed. Ingredients are so very fresh and... More

We went to this restaurant after recommendation from our hotel. We weren't disappointed. The food was excellent. The service was also great. I'm a fussy vegetarian and whilst they had options on the menu, there weren't any that appealed to me. I asked the waiter if they could make me a Penne Arribiata and he instantly said yes no problem... More

End of a day's trip from Budapest via Bratislava, so third choice Italian restaurant within walking distance from hotel. Good wine choice but the food was only so so. Appetisers was fine, burrata n tagliatelle good but the pasta was very al dente but the osso bucco was disappointing. Quite expensive n tables very close together, obviously popular so they... More

Enjoyed delicious lunch here. Despite being the outermost part of this large and busy restaurant close to Stephansplatz I was well looked after by the waiting staff. The beef tartar starter (rhyming couplet not intended) was tasty enough but appeared to have been blended rather than chopped with a knife and its texture was too fine for my taste. Again... More

I visited here for a special occasion and felt really disappointed with the experience. There was one male waiter in particular that was pretentious and rude. The food was nice but really overpriced. I wouldn't recommend coming here. There are much nicer restaurants in Vienna for half the price that don't make you feel unwelcome.

I had to arrange a last minute lunch here for 22 people on Saturday, a corporate group. Paulo and his team were so accommodating of our request, we had limited time for the service and they managed to deliver on time for that also. The food was top quality, amazing truffle potato was my favourite, but everyone loved every dish!... More

The drink before the meal was:Procaccioni, superb !. We had the tagliatelle with black truffles. My wife said it was the best she had tasted but I am not a truffle guy, still it was delicious. A bit expensive though. The service was very good indeed, very nice and professional waiters. The next time in Vienna, "We´ll be back"

Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
