We went here last year and ate some delicious pine meat. This year and there was Christmas atmosphere in every hook and very cozy. The pine meat was very wet and suitable salt. There was a lot of meat that could need a little bigger plates. It would look nicer, if such things matter as the food was beautiful anyway and the service was straightforward, you could see that they were busy to say it like that. Always amusing me here and betting on coming back. Ps. Pinnekött was a class over a very reputable restaurant in Sandefjord👍🏼10 points to you!

Cosy place, great Christmas decoration, but the food is no highlight. We were three who ordered the Christmas bruschetta with turkey. We are not great eaters, but were not satiated by this dish. Tasteless and most green leaves. Sorry, but this is not the place you visit to have good food experiences.

We had booked a table for Friday night dinner, four girls on vacation.
It was one of the fastest dinners I have had going out with friends.
The place was (clearly popular) packed, and so noisy that it was really hard to have a conversation around the table.
3 of us had pasta carbonara. It was pretty good - I have had better, but it worked. Very filling, none of us could finish the plate.
The last of us had a salad, and it was okay.
I don't really have any complaints, it is not the restaurants fault we are not into noisy places. And the food was good. The pizza is supposed to be really good.
So - if you want a quiet place to sit and chat - pick another place.

In the order, it was specified that it should be without tomatoes, and the beef should be raw. When the food came, it came with more tomatoes. When it was pointed out, a new plate eventually came without it. When I put the knife into the steak, it was more than well done. Then went back with it and they took the plates. Then come (after another 20 minutes) with new steak. It was certainly not cooked through, but was thoroughly dry and tasteless. Completely inedible. Very disappointing and when I mentioned it to the waiter there was not so much as an apology or apology. Not exactly positive in terms of return visits ….

And I, who thought I had tasted the best skewered meat a long time ago, after 40 years in the west country😱 Here the skewered meat was absolutely the best I've tasted, appropriately salty, appropriately steamed/boiled, and not least, it was enough to be full and well then. It's probably the first time I've been really full of pork chops at a restaurant, because unfortunately it doesn't happen everywhere, here there was plenty of food and they used the sjye in which the meat is steamed and not the melted butter stick that many serve. The service was very pleasant and what a Christmas house 🎄 a perfect evening, thank you very much

Nice location with opportunities to sit outside near the waterfront. Personnel and service is quite OK but the pizza Norwegian style is the best. Not an app marketplace but certainly not the worst choice Either

One of the few eateries that is open on a Monday night in Porsgrunn, we ventured in yesterday evening to sample what was on offer.
Spacious surroundings, it was about half full.
Limited but well thought out menu, prices were on the high end of medium.
The hamburger was Kr.225,- with a beer running the wrong side of Kr.100,-
However the food portions were generous and the waiters attentive.
A fine place for a couple but could turn out rather expensive for a family outing.
On quiet nights some of the seating is taken up by delighfully large teddy bears 🐻

Visited this place with high hopes as had been recommended to me quite a bit by a few locals.
Ordered Pasta Scampi Piccanti, Pasta Carbonara and Chilli burger. I have to say that the food was absolutely average especially the burger. It seemed like they tried to make the burger forcibly spicy by adding a lot of jalapeños and chilli con carne. Below average.
The pasta was alright, nothing special.
Was disappointed with the food but the good view outside partially made up for it.

The restaurant is located inside a quite modern building block structure. There is a view to the river. And in case the weather is nice one can sit outside and enjoy the afternoon/evening sun.
The restaurant offers a nice atmosphere, good food for acceptable prices and the staff is quick. The menu offers a lot standard dishes with little tweaks here and there, which make a difference. And the food is well prepared and nicely served.
There is a parking lot with free parking available around the block of houses in 5 min walking distance.

Not really a "restaurant" in the sense that you could expect. Really little menu, some pizzas, burguers, starters and thats all. Some more 3 pastas and 3 desserts. An AWESOME beautiful place, Super Kindly waitresses, nice for a late snack, fast well done food, happy hour, short romantic meeting, etc. as the city has no many options, it worths to came back there.
Great location, great view outside for lunch/sunny days.

Nice looking place but the nachos are dry and with way too little salsa (also, why a chip which doesn’t fit into the salsa bowl?). The waitress did not have a good day. Kinda weird having electric candles. The snickers hot chocolate looked decadent but was a little underwhelming.

Cool place with musical instruments on the walls and ceiling. Nice interior and good food. Service was friendly. I had the Pizza Salsiccia and my date had the bruschetta. Both were delicious.

Rather modern and film noir like in style. Quick and friendly service. I ate the lasagna, but for me it was rather boring in taste. The meat and pasta was meshed together like porridge and I missed more spicy taste. The cheese on top was also rather creamy I like it more crispy.
If you will have a family dinner and the kids are skeptic to foreign flavors this is the place. But for me I find the same taste and type of lasagna in the deep frozen departement at my local store.

Thank you for taking your valuable time to write a review of our restaurant. I am sorry to hear that the Lasagna did not quite fit your taste. Our lasagna is made at our kitchen from scratch, and we make the lasagna child friendly and as a traditional lasagna. However we have several other dishes. Try our mussels, Blue cheese burger or Spinach and smoked salmon pie. They have more complex tastes and spices.
