my recognised bar is closing soon, forever. Just wandering through Trondheim because People told me 3 lions is one of the Places to be! 11.43 I tried to open the door and the comment was that they had closed!!! Quiet night. Thought I was before 12 to be able to get a first impression of a 'could be' new second... More

Good place to watch football 🤗 they even searched for a German match for us and we had kind of a 'private' TV. Nice people and good food, especially the fish and chips 😉

Great place for atmosphere watching one of the many screens for sport. Live singers/instrumentalists most weekends, many different beers and good pub grub.

We used this as a meeting point for a bar hike in Trondheim. Without a football game on, the place was deserted. The beer selection was moderate and after a Grimbergen we left for better alternatives. This place is probably perfect for enjoying football though.

Have been here three times now. Advertising shepherds pie (which they didn't have), but we arrived late and they did cook us burgers at the late hour. We also arrived during Euro 2016, so the pub was festooned in St. George flags upstairs and downstairs. TV's are everywhere, so no missing the action! Barman and staff all very friendly!

A very good English Pub with beer to match though not much of it on draft was British, mainly Irish and no handpull. I know it's difficult to do handpull outside the UK but its not impossible as proved in Spain. Ordered Fish and Chips advertised as 2 BIG pieces of fish in Newcastle batter. Traditional English classic. Well was... More

Big screen TV's screening football, rugby, whichever sporting event is important to the local expat community, very friendly staff, decor befitting an English pub. Burgers and chips were " man- size " portions and tasty too.

Being an English exile living in Norway it's sometime good to sample the traditions of home. The 3 Lions is easy to find and well located in the centre of Trondheim . It's run by Brits and it's everything you would expect if you picked up a British pub and transported it to another country. Importantly they have draught guinness... More
