I've walked past this place many times and finally went there to eat. It looks really cool as this is an old pharmacy and the interior is protected. Very nice and friendly staff and really good food! I have some food requirements and this was no problem at all and they solved this nicely.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the restaurant, the food and staff! I arrived without a reservation on a Saturday night, and although they had guest coming they still let me in and even shuffled the tables around so I can stay as long as I wish. The menu is not too long which i good, you can easily spot... More

We visited the restaurant after reading the reviews and ordered their pasta. Ambience was cozy & portion was big, price considered OK for Norway, friendly staff & food was good. Definitely worth a visit!

The food here is exellent, and the service is very good. It is a little pricy, but absolutely worth it.

This place rocks. That's all there is to it. From their softer than soft rolls on their burgers to a vegetarian burger option (yes, in Norway where majority of the times it's meat or seafood as the main) their outstanding fish n' chips - it's just so fresh and tasty. Their customer service also is great. The location is quite... More

Cozy bar with a character. I believe it used to be a drugstore in old times, and the owners kept the interior. You can find old national geographic magazines there :) the food is nice, and the beer is...beer.

Very well made and tasty food and excellent wine served by a friendly and knowledgeable waiter at a moderate price in a cozy place – we could not ask for more.

挪威食物出人意料的好,这家餐厅就食物和酒来说绝对够得上米其林标准!推荐5道菜的菜单,侍应配的葡萄酒非常合适,跟他聊食物和酒是一种享受! Tried the 6-course tasting menu and the food and wine was great! The restaurant was converted from a pharmacy and they retained the closet for the character. Went for the tasting menu. The ingredient was all in season, the chef was trained for classical French cuisine and the food was cooked to perfection. Dishes included white fish ceviche, chicken... More

Several stand-out features for me: 1. The homemade sourdough bread - the best I have ever eaten. The crust and texture and flavour. Dangerously delicious with kimchi butter. 2. A simple hake dish with tomatoes and potatoes. But the hake was superbly fresh and beautifully cooked and a generous portion. 3. A glass of a fine champagne from small house... More

When you order a five course meal you don't expect to be hungry by the end, but this was the case when we visited Bien. The food was excellent, and the wine matched and enhanced the flavors well. However, only one in five dishes were introduced, and the wine was presented merely with name and nationality. Lacking presentation can be... More
