After a lovely stroll round the park, we had an enjoyable coffee break, lovely views over the lake are joined by friendly and helpful staff 😊

Really would not recommend be very aware that you are not allowed to eat anything other than their food which is awful and make sure your children aren't thirsty because you cant give them their own drink they need to replace the management and think about what the customer needs and wants

I spend £16 today on overpriced coffee (tasted like flavoured water) two cartons of juice, 1 ice cream (£2.45) then later a tea and jacket potato to have in. I sat down with my 5 and 1 year old and gave them a cracker each whilst we waited for the potato. The waitress told me they couldn't eat that in... More

I visited this cafe today with a group of friends with our 6 toddlers and baby. We all purchased drinks, icecreams and half of us bought sandwiches. One of my friends bought a children's lunch which consisted of cheese sandwiches and pom bears. This friend has two children so split the lunch in half and put it in two tiny... More

The staff who work here and the manager have no people skills, they have bad attitude and are rude! Apart from the rude manager and staff the coffee and mocha taste like syrup -disgusting-AVOID this place unless you want to feel uncomfortable and drink bad coffee!

Awful food and the people are unfriendly and hostile. The most child unfriendly place we have EVER been to, and considering they are set in princes park this manner is just laughable and they make themselves look like a bunch of clueless and hopeless individuals. Don't go there ! Take a picnic and squat on the bank.

Coffee wasn't great, service rather 'shouty', surely they could have a bell to call other staff members rather than shouting at each other? Huge hand written sign saying 'toilets for customers only' makes the place look very shabby. Signs saying you aren't allowed to eat your own food are everywhere.. I can understand the policy but it was all rather... More

When this cafe first appeared, me and a group of 6 friends regularly met for coffee and cake with our toddlers. We were welcomed, friendly and then it changed... We stopped meeting there due to work commitments etc, but I returned with a friend and my 12 month old and 4 year old. I thought it was odd it was... More
