Upon discovering the fish was cold & raw the waitress huffed & puffed like she was going to have an asthma attack.

Restaurant and rest of hotel very clean but my bedroom was very tired looking and in need of a makeover. Situated on the seafront near the pier it is well placed. Entertainment... More

Well not sure what to say really; what a sad place. We ordered the Queens Tea (half round of ham sandwich, scones with cream and jam and tea) for £5.25... More

I had booked a family room at an affordable price. The queens hotel is located just in front of the beach. We had a full continental breakfast which was great and the shopping centre was just a 10-12 mins walk from the hotel.

Visited on an Alfa tour where meals were included. Being a Leisureplex hotel I knew that the quality and standard of the meals were going to be good before I traveled and I was not disappointed. Great choices on all three courses at dinner. Excellent service from friendly staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending the meals here
