Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What can I say daughter and I have made this little gem of a place our regular Thursday breakfast treat. It is the best breakfast we have had the pleasure to eat and they cater for my gf needs they even have gf black pudding 😁. The ladys who work here are lovely and all ways have a smile. If you've not been been yet give it a try you want be disappointed. Looking forward to next Thursday.

This cafe was busy when we arrived, but the 2 lovely ladies running it kindly moved tables around to accommodate all 6 of us and our dog All our food was freshly cooked and delicious, service was friendly and the bill was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely visit

We booked afternoon tea for 4, the day before Mothers Day. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Turns out we were one of the first to be served afternoon tea under their new leadership (the Chef hasn't changed though). We booked for no chicken or ham and that was taken into account. Everything was lovely with a tiered tea each. There were sandwiches with a bowl of salad and little pot of coleslaw (nice addition to an afternoon tea we all thought), fresh scone with jam and clotted cream, and a large slice of really nice home made cakes, all different and two were gluten free (we were told afterwards and would not have known!) As much tea as we wanted too. They haven't got an alcohol licence but it has been applied for so won't be too long. I forgot to ask how much per head when I booked and when the bill arrived, I was astounded - £11 per head. Excellent value! My (fussy) Mother declared it was better then the Imperial! The only feedback I have is a bigger table needed for 4 of us but I think you relaised that for yourselves. Other food coming out looked great as well, so we will definately be going back again. Thank you for a lovely afternoon guys.

Absolutely horrendous service and waiting times. Waited 20 mins for drinks, young girl who worked there seemed to have absolutely no clue how to work in a cafe no customer service no offer to clean and remove plates on our table from the previous customers. Walking round like in her own world whilst there were people waiting to be served. Waited 1 hour for full breakfast and scrambled eggs not worth the wait several people left because of how appalling it was. Do not recommend and there were zero apologies or that anyone cared at all with how long you were waiting will not be going back!

Booked Taylor's for our celebration meal after letting go of our Mum and Dad;s ashes into the sea in one of their favourite places, Llandudno. From my initial enquiry regarding availability and menu choices we were made to feel very special and the family could not have done any more for us. We had a lovely private section of the restaurant, prompt service as we pre-booked our meals, friendly staff, great food and privacy in which to remember Mum and Dad. Food was made to order taking into account 1 person with Soya allergy, 2 with non dairy stipulation, gluten free for others. Our every need was catered for. Meals were very reasonable and very tasty. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone and when we visit Llandudno in the future we would definitely eat there again. We had a lot of children of various ages with us who can be a little noisy but the staff were very professional and friendly and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Thank you to the Taylor family for making our weekend so memorable.

Had tried to book the restaurant on our last visit but was busy, so this was the second attempt, well worth the wait. The staff, waiter and chef worked really hard to cook and serve their amazing food, we tried extra starters and desserts, just because they sounded so good, and when they came they were. Wine is priced to be reasonable as are all the dishes on the menu. We will visit again just to try the other dishes. This is a gem of a place and we'll do to Bistro Bach for an excellent evening 10/10. Special mention to the sublime fish cakes, and the almond and lemon panna cotte was amazing. All the dishes were fabulous but those deserve a round of applause.

My mum and I were v impressed with the veggie brekkie and my lurcher was pleased to get fresh water delivered upon entering. Nice meat menu too. But the best was the loveliest choc milk shake I've had in years, better than a thick shake!!!

We were very well looked after by attentive and friendly staff. Several smart procedures to maximise Covid security and our hosts certainly went the extra mile. Our food was really good and reasonably priced and service was faultless. Well done!

Took Mum out for a treat she ordered lasagne and it was awful was burnt with no sauce just a load of cheese chucked on and melted to hide the burnt meat , The lasagne pasta looked a funny colour pretty sure it was just ready for the bin. The girls serving were so nice and asked if she’d like a replacement so she ordered bacon Brie cranberry on a pininni (which is one of her favourites normally )was really not great either fatty undercooked bacon , just an awful experience waste of money would not return , Shame really as we read reviews first and they say it’s really good. Just not for us

So welcoming and lovely food! My son has autism so knowing I wanted to visit here with him I booked ahead to make sure that, as it would be a Saturday in Half-Term, that we got a table. I explained when making the booking that my son has autism, they were great. Said staff would be aware and would try to keep noise to a minimum. The food was good, just what we needed with generous portions. I love how some of the menu it’s named after Llandudno itself. Great Orme, Little Orme, The Oval and Mostyn. And if you’re feeling hungry (or perhaps ambitious) I noticed they serve Snowdon. A huge breakfast! I myself had chips, sausage and egg. Brilliant. They were so welcoming to our dog too. Giving her treats and supplying us with a bowl of water for her. We will be returning! Thank you Taylor’s! 👨‍👩‍👦🐶🍽 🧩

Lovely place in llandudno, staff very attentive even when busy. I went for the great orme breakfast and one of the servers even got me a spare plate to share it with my son, very attentive like I said. Really nice inside, one can tell it is an excellent eatery based on how busy it was. I saw the afternoon tea which another family was having and the orange cake looked amazing! May plump for some of that next time.

Went exploring Llandudno & stumbled upon Taylors ( opposite the Town Hall on Lloyd Street ) Made up I did. Had the all day @ £6 freshly cooked with quality ingredients a bargain. I gave Molly's cafe five 🌟 & Taylors beats them hands down ( especially when Molly's owner's daughter is working ; she is in MY opinion very arrogant ) Anyway off my soap box & back to Taylors well worth a visit & I might call in on the way back for coffee and cake

We live locally and don't often venture out too often during the height of the tourist season but whilst walking our dog on a lunchbreak we thought we'd pop by. We are aware it's dog-friendly (which isn't too common in Llandudno). We received a warm welcome from Mags and their team. Our dog loved the attention she received from everyone - staff, customers, other dogs! Our dog received a treat and we tucked in to a delicious daily special - sausage panini with chips and gravy and a homemade bakewell tart. Drinks were equally as good and prices were really reasonable. We all left happy and it was a lovely change to be able to pop to a nice cafe with our dog.

Absolutely dreadful service. Staff all looked unhappy and stressed, waited ages to get served, when we did get it definitively wasn’t worth the money, explained to the waitress with blonde hair who then went to talk to the manager I heard someone say her name was Ellie..her attitude was disgusting, no offer of any money off even though the food had hardly been touched, even if she had of offered to take the drinks off it would have been something. This so called manager needs to find another job not customer based.

Absolutely incredible cafe the best in Llandudno by a happy mile. The Quality of the food is excellent and homemade and always arrives to the table in a timely manner (this isn't a fast food joint so don't expect your meal in 3 minutes) it takes time to cook the meals the the quality these guys serve. The service is always impeccable from the young waitresses to the management team nothing is ever too much trouble for them no matter how busy they are they are always happy and tentative.
