We didn't eat here so can not review food. We visited twice for drinks. We were delighted to see a very good selection of real ales all at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and polite. A very good experience and would always visit when in Llandudno. It's is quite a... More

Had a few drinks & watched the Wales v South Africa match. Nice cosy pub, friendly staff, and good crowd. Didn't eat here but the people around us did & it looked and smelt great. Would definitely visit again if in Llandudno

A vey cosy pub with a traditional feel. The food is fairly good, but when we were there the service was very slow. A good selection of Welsh beers.

Visited yesterday, with an old school friend, I had the steak & ale pie with chips and veg. Whilst my friend had Fish, chips & peas. In general a good meal, with plenty of chips and veg. Sampled a couple of real ales, with our lunch. All in all a decent meal, served by friendly staff.

My Partner, her family and I all ate out here and the food was delicious, took quite a while for the food but it was very busy as there had been a Christmas market on. I would recommend this place and will also return next time I'm in Wales.

Been here many times before but i think may have been my last time. Ordered the steak pie off the menu and the curry off the specials board. The pie was a large portion, inside though the gravy was a congealed lump around the meat, didn't look very appealing to the eye or taste buds. The curry was lacking in... More

I visited this pub earlier this year and was pleasantly surprised. This visit confirmed my earlier findings A busy pub with a good selection of draught beers, lagers and wines. Service both at the bar and for food was excellent and I was offered a taste of the available beers before choosing. There were food specials on the chalkboards but... More

A good pub with first class friendly staff especially the ladies behind the bar.Menu varied with some interesting items and quite large portions. Service needs a little more supervision as it was generally a bit on the slow side otherwise very acceptable but could do with being a bit warmer on cold evenings Will no doubt go again
