The service is excellent and friendly, just a good all round experience. The food was excellent and served with a friendly smile. Can't fault anything. This has to be the best restaurant in Llandudno

Food awful, starter barely cooked through when asked for well done. chicken in curry overcooked and precooked, chips precooked and reheated, brown and shrivelled. Discretionary tip added. I think not! And overcharged for food we hadn’t received. Don’t bother with this establishment overcharged for substandard...food and the whole process was rushed 50 minutes for poppadoms, starter and main course. Didn’t even finish the bottle of wine, took it away with us Being generous giving 2 starsMore

For someone who isn't the greatest fan of Indian food, the meal was excellent, well cooked, well presented by friendly staff. Would certainly go again.

The Blue Elephant Llandudno is a remarkable authentic Indian restaurant, it is upstairs and has disabled access and the friendly staff assist you with his as we had a wheelchair user and a visually impaired persons on our party . We were seated and the...efficiency of the staff was outstanding drinks order taken and served quickly. The extensive menu has everything you won’t be disappointed the flavour and presentation also commendable.More

Very disappointed with the food, and we consider it very expensive. The fact that they put a 10% service charge on the bill was very arrogant and inappropriate at best.

On a recent visit to Llandudno, we were keen to experience the top-rated Indian restaurant in the area. Sadly though we were left disappointed by our dining experience at Blue Elephant. I am no food critic, but I know a good curry when I taste...one and have enjoyed dishes at a vast number of Indian restaurants. On this occasion we both agreed that the food was below average. It wasn’t awful, just rather bland. The naan was undercooked, our mains were bland and even the rice was badly cooked and stuck together. The restaurant was not particarly busy, but the staff were inattentive and we spent most of our meal with empty glasses. If this really is the best Indian restaurant in Llandudno then I feel sorry for the locals.More

We had looked at reviews for a couple of Indian restaurants in Llandudno, decided on the Blue Elephant. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing. Service was great, but did have to ask a few people for a second drink though. It was very...busy when we were in there. Very nice Indian, would go back. There are some steepish steps to climb to get in, but there is a stair lift if needed.More
