Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Another good find allowing well behaved dogs in tucked away in a tiny side street near a church you could walk straight by it. We noticed the colourful two outside windows and tables and chairs outside first then walked in to a lovely welcome. Table...service, and the choice of tea and coffee types is amazing never realized there was so many. We took in our tiny Cavapoo who was given a bowl of water and some biscuits so that was a good start. A varied selection of specials is also posted inside.More

We had a great afternoon tea as breakfast at this adorable place! Everything were really tasty, and the waitress was so sweet to us and service minded, and helped out with choosing among their big selection of teas. This was one of the best experiences...we had during our week in Ipswich, I really recommend! :)More

Such a sweet place with a nice feel to it. Coffee and food are good - all in all a very nice place to spend a while. An oasis of calm in busy Ipswich – you might say it’s an antidote.

We found this little gem of a place just as they were closing and treated ourselves to delicious cake and cold drinks. The staff were very welcoming and we didn't feel that they were pushing us to leave. The menu is varied and the place...very cute. Loved itMore

I travelled up from Sussex to see Ipswich Town play, and took lunch at Pickwicks. A delicious mature Cheddar/Wiltshire ham toasted sandwich, presented with a salad dressing and some crisps, and a mug of filter coffee. The coffee house was so full, it was turning...people away, in fact, but what a delightful setting and warm ambience for those lucky enough to get a table!More

Have walked passed this place in town for a while but finally took the plunge, what a decision it was. Went in for a light lunch and hot drink and was very pleased. The toastie was very well presented with the service being very quick...and done with a smile. Weather took a turn but there was enough shelter to suit. Thoroughly recommend this little gem!More

A small cafe tucked away in a small courtyard off the high street, which has the usual array of beverages and light lunches. We opted for tea and cakes, which were all fine. We got service with a smile. Prices are what you’d expect, but...it's cash only. Eat outside, if you’re worried about social distancing.More

We arrived, there is no NHS QR code, which is now a legal requirement . The tables are very close together and when we asked about track and trace we were told there is a book but we weren't asked our details . Two tables...who arrived after us were served before (we only ordered drinks) .... After the first the waitress apologised and assured us we were next and then served the other table... Sadly we can't comment on the quality of drinks as we left to get a cuppa elsewhere..More
