Absolutely fantastic! Food was incredible, delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were great, especially David the manager - so friendly and welcoming! We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special for us. Much appreciated!

We had the Tommerhawk steak which was cooked perfectly. The chicken liver pate was lovely too. Very friendly service from all the staff. We will definitely be back.

Delicious food, served with enormous pride. The manager (David) is almost terrifying in how fiercely proud he is of the restaurant. I wanted to give his sweet waiter a teddy bear. It's not the cheapest but does offer a 'deal' two courses (which I had...and found delicious). Only have the 'Chef's Selection Board' sweet if you have a very sweet tooth and heaps of room at the end of the meal. It's a great deal - five completely different desserts for £14.95 - but I was defeated. Doggie bag coming home with me. All delicious. We decided to go out for early dinner and Angelique was recommended. We were not disappointed! The food was tasty, well presented, hot and absolutely delicious. I had fillet and it was cooked to perfection. My sister in law had sea bass and the men...had ribeye, no complaints there either. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and smart. Have been here before & it was hit & miss. Tonight was definitely a miss. Had just finished out starters & just about managed to have a sip of water before the mains came out. I ate some but my other half literally had a...mouthful of burger & left the entire meal because there was no time between courses to let any food go down. Staff asked if everything was ok & told them why we didn’t eat the food & there was no apology at all. Bill came & we’d been charged for the food we didn’t eat that they rushed out! Both courses served within 30 mins! WON’T be back!More
