When you next visit Poole you must seek out this lovely quaint tea room. Hidden between the main shopping centre and the quay it's well worth the short stroll. Look out for just a door onto the high street (with simple signage). I found this...More

Nice little place, very friendly with gluten free and dairy free vegetarian options. The best thing about this place is the tea selection - the gingerbread roiboos is so nice.

Visited this local tea rooms for morning coffee and cake, after reading good reviews. The courtyard environment was lovely on a sunny morning and coffee & Dorset apple cake (warm with cream) were good. However, the man waiting on tables took a telephone call which...More

We are sorry to hear that your visit in June 2018 did not meet with expectations. For your information, we are continually bothered by telesalespeople, almost on a daily basis and as such have to end the calls abruptly. The owners at the time of...More

What a beautiful little tea room tucked out the way up the old town of Poole high street which is historically beautiful in itself. I highly recommend this tea room, a wonderful selection such as different types of teas, homemade cakes/scones or a scrummy lunch....More

It’s a bit difficult to find as it’s entrance is between shops. Once you arrive you will see a little courtyard with a covered area where you can order your tea or coffee. The lunch menus is also available and very enjoyable

Excellent service, good food and great atmosphere. Dog was even allowed in so very essential. Would recommend but not on a Monday as all the other shops seems to be closed. However, this made it peaceful.

Yes we are indeed dog-friendly, if well-behaved and not too large, as we are quite a small establishment. We allow dogs in our courtyard area and in our flagstone-floored parlour and offer a bowl of water and doggie biscuits.

We didn't have afternoon tea but the table next to us did and I'm sure they booked it. Better to ring them as they are a very small but lovely place and they do turn people away. Hope this helps.

Sorry I have been away on holiday. The Tearooms do a lovely take away service, cakes, scones and just about anything else that you may like to order. Including lunch.
