Lovely friendly little cafe. Even though we arrived acouple of minutes before closing nothing was too much trouble and certainly didn’t feel rushed.

What a great little find. Excellent little cafe! Lots to choose from, great service. Friendly staff. Happy for our dog to sit with us under the table, even found a little treat for her. Thanks so much. See you again soon.

I’ve just had a slice of ginger cake. It was unlike any cake I’ve eaten before. Fabulous. Pru Leith and Mary Berry would lovd it.

Friendly little gem of a tea shop. Small but exquisite due to great cakes and really friendly service. A great find!

Found this tearoom a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the service and menu selection for such a tiny place. Sandwiches freshly made to order and well filled. Went there again a couple of days ago with step granddaughter and she went...More

The Little Teapot, wasn't going to be our choice for lunch, however as our first choice was closed on Sundays, we chose the Little Teapot and what an excellent choice it was. Excellent food and service, would thoroughly recommend.

May I suggest you phone her up? My youngest daughter is 40 so I'm not as observant as years ago. Having visited it was much smaller than I expected but a real delight. Best wishes Dariusdave

Sorry, we have only just seen this question. Yes we do do traditional afternoon tea and you need to book in advance. Tel 01202 678408 to book up or call in the shop.
