Had sunday lunch here last week & the food was so good. absolutely loved the roasted vegetable & the yorkshire puddings were fab. two per every dinner & seperate mash & roast potatoes. Eveeything was lovely we will return soon

If lamb is what you love you will be amazed with there lamb shank. It’s beautiful. We came Saturday lunch time without a booking but we were accommodated straight away. Log fires roaring very homely & cosy.

Booked last night and there was 12 of us the food was amazing and the staff were fantastic made a night of it and we’re one of the last tables to leave Definitely worth it

Lovely spot with great food we loved our steaks and the steak sauce was amazing. Nice to see a place having homemade chips as a lot of places we go they are not nice. Staff were polite, very busy place would recommend booking.

Had a booking for 7:15 and waited 30mins to be seated. Didn’t get our meal until 9:15. 2 hours after walking in the restaurant. The manager said there isn’t anything they could do and tried to blame the kitchen. Judging from latest reviews they need...to stop overbooking as the whole experience was awful. Avoid at all costs will take your money and ruin your evening.More

Go here if you want to be served 2 hours after your booking. We had to wait half an hour just to be seated, then had to wait ages to be served to the point we had to remind them to notice us. We did...not eat until 2 hours after our original booking time. We then had to get up to ask for the bill before they even took our plates. We did let them know about all of this but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So avoid at all costs. We had to cancel our evening plans we were that late. Not a good place. Food wasn’t even that great. Would not recommend at all.More

Food was good quality but the actual pub was freezing cold , 2 portable heaters with 1 bar on did not provide any heat at all . Even in the toilets you had to wash your hands in freezing cold water . It really spoilt...the lunch , won’t return until the heating is on and the building is warm and you can take your coat off . What a disappointment.More

A huge fan of the oriental food offering here as they do it so well & had to visit with there new menu choices. First thing we noticed was the prices have reduced since last time we were here & yet the portions are still...huge. Our dishes came with rice, prawn crackers, & skinny fries enough to feed army. Love the bridge this time of year as its very cosy when they have the fires on, we will be back before Christmas.More

Great meal as always but as usual far to much food and I can never fit in a dessert which the girls working always laugh about as on our first ever visit about 6 months ago we over ordered and the girls working have never...forgottenMore

Slightly disappointed been coming here for quite a few years now when we are in the area never wanted to go anywhere else! Booked for 5.30pm all in darkness and then on came a few lights. it was so cold inside the restaurant, they did...have a couple of calor gas heaters around…. but so cold we had to sit with our coats on for our meal, they said they have to wait for the heating to kick in as it had only been just put on for opening at 5.30pm. One of our meals was cold and had to be sent back which was a first for here. Both meals served on cold plates!. I do understand that utility bills are so expensive but in fairness at this time of year for the customers it should be a cosy inviting place.More

Love bridge inn. Been so many times and never had a bad experience. Came tonight with 6 friends. No wait, hot amazing and hot. Was too full couldn't have a pudding lol. Book for the Christmas menu next month can't wait.

Great evening the menu has changed since we were last here but still plenty of choice and lots of winter meals Definitely worth a visit
