A grievance to be called an Italian restaurant , rather eat from a bin in Scunthorpe. Diabolical. Me and my wife Jennifer came down on Thursday , this was our anniversary treat so we were looking forward to this after hearing positive feedback from friends...and family . So we enter , plonk ourselves on some seats and wait to be ordered , this little man sat us down but we let it slide before unleashing hell upon this place . We ordered mozzerella things and a bit of bread we got given . See the bread was about as stale as my grandmas staircase after she squeaked up it every night for 80 years . Completely unhappy never going again , hell upon this place , get some fresh bread.More

We tried Rustico on a whim on Easter Sunday. It was busy inside but we were seated and served very fast - staff friendly and attentive. The portions are huge! In hindsight I would have just ordered a main as I could barely eat it...(a chicken and cream tagliatele) after my breaded mozzarella stater. Good food and very reasonable prices. My husband enjoyed his starter of cheesy mushrooms and a main of spicy pizza. I couldn’t believe it was so cheap - however this does show slightly in the ingredients. Would definitely visit again.More

I can't tell you how many times I have dined at Rustico but it is ALOT! The last time I came was with my mum on a Sunday afternoon, starter of the breaded brie and then the belly pork for main, Mum had lasagne and...tiramisu. Everything was so delicious (as usual) and washed down by the lovely house wine. You never feel rushed at Rustico and you really can relax and enjoy 3 courses, the staff are all really lovely. Will be back very soon.More

We have dined here a lot and have never been disappointed. The food and the service are exceptional. Always a warm welcome from great people every time and the prices are very competitive. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for a meal .

Its not bad food but don't expect anything you can't cook for yourself. If you like cheap Italian food that's just meh go for it!

Traditional Italian food, delicious dishes, great menu choice and lovely specials board, so good to have traditional Italian food with great service, the people are lovely, our bill always seems too low for the quality of food we receive.
