After visiting quite regularly over the years with a group of friends I have tried a few different dishes. All of which have been very good. However over the last few visits a clear favourite has appeared. The Dum Ka Gosht is a truly fabulous...dish. As you know mutton is an older lamb so is a much stronger flavour. The pieces of mutton are very large and melt in the mouth tender. The sauce is tomato based with a great combination of spices. Oh and the portion is huge!More

Ordered a takeaway in December. My husbands dish was really tasty so credit where credit is due but mine was completely inedible. Absolutely swimming in oil so we both shared his. Called the restaurant and no one answered. I have sent two emails to them...with a picture of the meal and no response at all. Bhujon meal at Mere Green We had a very tasty meal for two on a quiet Tuesday evening. Starter was the onion bhaji with dip and side salad, followed by the mains of salmon and the kori gassi. With rice & naan with the mains,...and an Indian kulfi ice cream for desert, the bill came to £37.00. We took our own wine and the service was good. The only aspects I would mention were that we feel there should be a hot warmer on the table as by the time we had completed our main meals the rice and naan bread had become cold in the interim period. Have eaten at Bhujon a number of times pre-pandemic and thoroughly enjoyed it. The good is always good! We were surprised to be able to get a table on a last minute booking last night given its a popular restaurant and they are part of...the "eat out to help out" scheme. Sadly the owner was clearly cramming as many customers in as he could! There was no social distancing whatsoever. Tables and customers were way too close together and customers were not being kept separate in the waiting area either. My husband and I are now self-isolating! Unless Bhujon adhere to the social distancing measures, I strongly suggest you avoid this restaurant, and they should be fined! Very disappointed!More
