While we were in Carlisle for a few days I visited this Deli, I called and ordered a variety of food and dips and a lovely fresh rosemary bread. It was all absolutely delicious and so fresh. It was ready to pick up at the...time stated, when I was in the Deli they had lovely small homemade Cannoli I think it was pistachio? (I had to add a couple to my to my order) OMG it was amazing absolutely amazing. If the Deli had been opened on the Sunday I would have gone back and bought a box of them to bring home.More

We were so pleased to get a table but would definitely make a reservation next time as this is a very popular place. Such a great selection of delicious food. The trio of dips with pitta bread was a good starter. My husband really enjoyed...his Souvlaki and my giant butter bean dish with a potato salad was so tasty. Took my friend who had visited from Scotland to Alexandros for lunch. The meal was superb, and the waiter was really attentive. We really enjoyed the food, and the waiter was really polite, answering any questions that were asked about ingredients etc. The only downside...was that the Owner/manager was using a table in the restaurant as his office !! a little offputting, and not a good look for the other diners either. I am not sure I would want to sit eating with someone treating the restaurant as their office.More

Brilliant food - the Kleftiko was superb! Good wine and a very friendly welcome. The place was buzzing on a Tuesday night. And exceedingly good value for the quality of the food.More

Wow the food here is incredible, and the staff are sublime! Can’t recommend enough. Staying in Drybeck for some climbing and google brought this place to us for dinner, 5 stars all the way!!

Very popular restaraunt, we had to sit outside as not booked. Food was fabulous, the service was good. Only negative was a waitress who came out and sat at the next table smoking! Good value.More

Everything about this restaurant is five star - the convivial atmosphere, the wonderfully attentive staff and (above all) the incredible food! Three of f our...part had the vegetarian meze, and the quality and quantity of food for the price (£30 per head) was superb. Everything was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous staff!! Cannot wait to visit again, and if you’ve never been before, just get it booked!!More

Beautiful atmosphere, well attentive staff. I never usually leave reviews but after my experience here i definitely have to. The food was amazing, my partner and I had the base fish. Drove past and saw this place, so when we reached our accommodation for the night I rang and asked for a table for two, which was available. Food was just gorgeous, I had 2 stuffed peppers with salad, my husband had kleftiko lamb shank. The...meat was so tender it just fell apart (I helped him finish it) I also helped him with the vanilla ice cream… definitely worth a visit, if I lived nearer I’d be there very often.More
