Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly staff - Pam is lovely. Food and drinks are not the main reason for attending (altho perfectly fine) - it is a friendly, safe environment for the LGBTQ+ community

Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. The food was fresh, from preparation to presentation and a great value for the price. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the stay so pleasurable.

This is a great little cafe. It is great to have a place were LGBT community can come together and feel safe. The cafe also has a licence so you can get alcohol as well. The cafe is clean and has a very good mixture...of age groups that all get along. Pam that runs the cafe is fantastic and does it all voluntary she deserves a medal for everything she does for the LGBT Community. Please support this cafeMore

All are welcome in this LGBT cafe. Enjoyed a lovely bacon buttie with a cuppa on one ocassion and a nice scone another time. Nobody tries to hurry you here. You can read your paper whilst you enjoy your drink. They have magazines and leaflets...to browse too. Handy for the castle, cathedral and Tullie house museum.More
