Lovely takeaway

Had our first takeaway tonight. Process of ordering was easy. I liked that gluten was clearly marked on the dishes so I knew what I could have without worry. Delivery was quick and food was hot on arrival. We had especially enjoyed the Chicken Makhany...and Chicken Shahi Mogul and dessert of Gajar Ka Halw. Husband happy has he has the leftovers for his packed lunch tomorrow. Definitely recommend.More

A Copy Of Our Email To Blue Ginger

Hi Guys, Just a quick email to say thank you for such a lovely curry last Monday (19 Feb.). You delivered a Chicken Korai and Chicken Madras to us in Northdale Close. Plus Naans, Pilua and Mushroom Rice and Veg. Somosa. The food was great...and some of the best we've ever had curry wise in general and also from you guys. Piping hot too. We're so pleased we decided to order and we'll definitely be ordering again soon. Good luck in these undoubtedly difficult times guys. Excellent take away

Excellent take away last night delivered to the prince of wales in Ampthill, vindaloo was to die for excellent flavour and the heat was perfect, 2nd time we have orders and have not been disappointed, we will definitely order again in the future.

Gone down hill drastically!

We have been having takeaways and even ate in when it was a restaurant and has always been okay. But tonight for some reason the curries were so bland and tasteless, the rice tasted stale/old. I don’t know what has gone wrong.

Great food with great service

When me and my fiancé moved

When me and my fiancé moved nearby, we were convinced after trying 2 or 3 different Indians that we were never going to find one quite like the one in our home town... WELL, Blue Ginger may quite knock that one out of the park....Every dish we’ve tried here has been amazing. The service of the staff is lovely, you’re never waiting long and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s our ‘go to’ Indian now! Highly recommend :)More

Best around, we dont go anywhere else now

At present during Covid, there is no eating in but the takeaway and delivery allows us to enjoy the great food from here. Its flavoursome, its not greasy like others can be, always hot, always a smile and a welcome. When the restaurant is open...and we have a treat with a sit in, the staff are attentive without over attentive. Love themMore

Outstanding Local Curry Shop

As soon as Bozza announced lockdown 2 on Saturday I was on the phone to Blue Ginger to book a last meal out for a while. Table for 5 was ready on arrival, social distancing was in place and we felt very comfortable, service was...good as always and the food outstanding and great value for money. Highly recommended ... They do delivery too which is always piping hot and we shall be using until we can visit again.More

Best in Bedford

Blue Ginger has to be the best Curry house in Bedford. The food is delicious, always hot. We have been lucky enough to have eaten in the restaurant and have delivery.

Always excellent food and service

We live locally and visit here every couple of months. It’s easily the best in the area and is now the only place in Bedford we go to (for curry). The food is great quality with ideal portion sizes. A very good selection of standard...curry dishes plus house specialties. The service is always excellent and the staff (including the owner) will always chat if they’re not too busy.More

Great takeaway experience

The food from here was really delicious and authentic. All the menu options were marked with allergens which was really helpful for finding things we could eat. Excellent vegan/vegetarian options. Will be ordering from them again.
