I ordered food for a small gathering and I always knew it was going to be great. The curry goat curry was so tasty and tender. I loved the rice and peas as well. My favourite would be the ackee and salt fish which was...delicious. I love the fact that I can get some home cooked Caribbean food locally. The staff were great as well. I've just recently came out of hospital all I craved was some good soul food firstly the owners made me feel very welcome polite courteous couple secondly the food where do I start it was outstanding I had jerk pork which melted in your mouth...rice and peas coleslaw and salt fish fritters I salivated every mouthful thankyou to the amazing team at jemz for satisfying my craving it was spot on I can't wait to eat here again 😋 lynnxxxMore
to me, a good meal is obviously around the food, but if the welcome and the atmosphere is nice then you enjoy the experience even more. Awesome food, everything we tried was amazing. Made with love and passion, great friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had dinner for 4 people and the portions were generous and tasty. The only downside is we could not find a menu either online or printed so...hd to guess what they did. Their Instagram is mainly a lot of pictures (fairly useless and no real information), Facebook was very out of date and their website pretty poor. Having said that, we will be back. Thank youMore
As a curious person and love great taste good woman I decide to visit "Jemz" very spontaneously, while for reason God show me this place. In first option I find myself very happy about atmosphere and music 🎶 there ! Something what my soul needed...😂👌💕 Those people are very friendly and they have a wall of achievements what shows that they work smart for what they have today and they succeed for sure . So I do not only have occasion to try dilicious ,home prapare Caribbean food, but also as a vegetarian I made my self full 😂🤫🤭 Each bit of food was for me as a step to paradise 😍 I love food haha 😂 so it was double pleasure 😋 I ate rice with beans - mmmmm mniam !! 😍 I do not remember all names while I will attach photo . Amazing goat curry, so tasty and tender. Personally I prefer it a little more moist but when it packs flavour like that, who am I to argue. Rice and peas cooked just right and the Achee and salt fish just as delicious. Lovely place, great...food and fab staff!More

I have been eating Caribbean food at Jemz for the past 4 years and want to recognise the quality cuisine provided by this Caribbean restaurant which is mainly influenced by the Jamaican culture. The food might seem pricey but the portions sizes match the price....Best of all the service is exceptional, professional and always with a smile. My favourite by far is fried chicken with rice and peas. They have the best fried dumplins in the country. Definitely worth a visit.More
When i get dj jobs in Bedford or Luton, i always visit Jemz, delicious food, and great service, wish it opened on sundays, so i can get my sunday dinner, and worth travelling 40 miles to sample quality food.
First time visiting this place and was really impressed. Friendly staff, really tasty food, huge portions, and great value. Will definitely go again.
