We have been to this eatery on several other occasions and have found it very pleasant, however our visit was disappointing last night. The server took our order and when I asked if she was going to write it down she said that she would...remember the order for four people, however when the food arrived one of the orders was wrong and it had to be re-prepared and we never did get one of our sides (this was not charge for however). One of our party had Caesar salad and the chicken was very overcooked and she couldn’t eat it and she told the serving staff at the time, it was obvious because she hadn’t eaten the chicken that it was well overcooked. We had to ask for the wine that we ordered as it hadn’t arrived 15 minutes after we ordered it. The menu is very odd and all of us thought there was a really limited choice that we would’ve liked to eat. We did mention all these things at the venue but sadly we did all agree that we wouldn’t be going back.More

Poor service today. We could hear the chef cursing in the kitchen. It was our boys 16th and he wasn't made to feel special. Lack of real customer service. We won't be coming back.

We booked for our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing, the staff are excellent the decor is great and the food is amazing! It was really hard to choose from the menu but I was extremely impressed with what I ordered I had the...seabass which came with the best mash I have ever eaten in my life and the seabass was cooked perfectly and the bill at the end of the night was no where near as expensive as we expected.... even with the cocktails we orderedMore

Sunday lunch was over cooked, and burgers were burnt.. Quite a lengthy wait for main course, 1 hour.. Lovely ambiance and great building to eat in though

Easy to book a table on-line within 60 mins of arrival. Arrived earlier than expected, but greeted with a warm welcome and taken to a choice of tables without issue. A very friendly and helpful young lady named Charlotte served us and nothing was too...much trouble. Artisan Breads to share was a great starter and the Fish and Chips main course was excellent, fish really fresh and thick cut chips very well cooked - great portion too, neither of us could finish all the chips. Have eaten here on 5 or 6 occasions and never been disappointed. Will certainly return.More

Staff were friendly and the service was good. The vegetarian pasta was really tasty but would have benefited from a cheese topping. My son chose the burger and unfortunatley this was dry and tasteless. I was also surprised by how little choice there was on...the menu.More

Oh D‘Parys Team - you really left us disappointed today. We were so looking forward to a decent Sunday Roast but it went wrong from the beginning and only downhill from there. - we had to wait 20min and do a lot of waving before...someone came to take our drinks (and by that time) food order. We didn’t come at a busy time (2:15pm) - there were many empty tables! - then there was confusion about whether or not they had the vegan Sunday roast - ordered; oh no we don’t have it; oh actually we do 🤔 - our 5 year old‘s food came out really quickly (great), but then, as we found out because we had to wait for another 25 min for our food, turns out speedy service wasn’t so great after all because as every parent can attest: you want to eat your food in peace rather than having to entertain the kids, who will have finished theirs long before you do. - his drink didn’t arrive in time for his meal (although everyone else got theirs) and we had to ask for it three times only to then be told that actually they don’t have apple squash (as offered originally) - the tap water they suggested for the table also didn’t arrive and when I walked up to ask for it, a waitress literally plonked the bottle in front of me 🤷‍♀️ - when the food for the adults finally arrived (nearly an hour after we sat down) it looked like we got the scraps: the beef was dry and overcooked (it says “pink” in the menu) and clearly the last bits of the joint, the Yorkshire puddings were anything but “giant” as advertised in the menu and the vegetables were dry and chewy because they probably had been left out out for ages. We also had a burger, which was equally dry and overdone. - the portion sizes were also questionable, which again made me think it was the leftovers. I think what got us most about it all was that they clearly knew things were going wrong but no one said sorry for the wait or asked how things were. In fact, I got the feeling they stayed away from the table on purpose. 😔 We went in already looking forward to dessert but skipped that entirely. Needless to say, no tip when we finally paid and again, no apology or explanation. Sadly, this also wasn’t the first time we had a below par experience there in terms of service and food. The reason we came again was that the venue is lovely and it really has potential but they need to up their game in terms of service and kitchen.More

Disappointed. I had the roast beef lunch which advised pink beef...it wasn't. It was accompanied by disappointing roast potatoes and poor veg. My sister's meal was also disappointing. All in all very poor.

There is parking around the back, however I am unsure if this is for hotel stays only or if anyone coming for just food/drink can park. Its not the biggest either so if the place is full you wont be garunteed a space. The... More

Hi Helen, I'm afraid I don't know about the disabled toilet but I would say that the restaurant has plenty of room for a wheelchair. It's very spacious
