Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great Venue for a small function. We had a family baby shower here today. Great blank canvas transformed into a lovely room. The bar was downstairs which was not a problem at all. Friendly and accommodating staff. The only drawback was the venue would benifit...from upgrading their kitchen to make it useable.More

Tried to visit for lunch at a couple of minutes to noon when their advertised opening is 11. The lights were on so clearly they were there, rattled the door but nobody came. Probably won't trouble to try again.

Great beer, the Guinness is especially good, very friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for us and made it a very welcoming visit. Especially impressive given the safety measure we all need to adhere to currently.

Came across this lovely converted barn whilst visiting family nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful from start to finish letting me know about all the measures in place due to covid. The Guinness was in excellent condition. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will...100% return when in the area.More
