Looking forward to your review on trip advisor - on a bitter cold in January the hospitality we received was second to none, a fine selection of ales and hot drinks and fresh nutritious home cooked food left my mouth watering with delight!

Came here couple of weeks ago and asked for a vegan breakfast. It was delicious but quite small. Came back today with my daughter and ordered 2 vegan breakfasts. Much larger portions (3 tomato, more mushrooms, beans, toast , delicious sausages) we were delighted!!! If...More

Even on a cold January tea time this cafe was full. Did manage to find some seats to eat our homemade soup and cake, both were just delicious. I would suggest you find a seat before you queue

Called here for a coffee and scone with our grownup family. A busy morning 3 days before Christmas but we found a table (despite some grumpy customers) and enjoyed good coffee, teas and hit chocolate. The bacon bap was described as excellent and the fruit...More

Very welcome on a cold drizzly day! Steaming mugs and platefuls of breakfast fare (all that bacon!) were just what the doctor ordered. Was busy but buzzing with an eclectic mix of people and dogs. Lovely.
