We as locals always visit this place. The carvery on a Sunday states it’s served until 6pm. Six of us arrived at 5.30pm we went to the bar and wanted to pay for 6 meals. The food was still out on display , plenty of...More

Though I am strictly terrified of bacteria, I let children play in this place, it’s a good way to get rid of the little buggers, (By the way I’m not calling this place dirty, it’s just that kids pass things on to eachother.) The food...More

Excellent food. Excellent standard of service from staff. My mum is currently receiving medical attention which requires her to eat soft food. They catered for her by changing a meal around. This family meal was a great and pleasant way to finish of a wonderful...More

We went here to hide from the awful October half term weather. Kids enjoyed the play area and the food was ok. Shame we were still looking at the dirty plates over an hour later....even after the waitress brought food to the next table. We...More

We went here a couple of times during a recent stay in filey. Food was good, we had pizzas and baguettes. My nephew who is nearly 3 loved the play area outside. Pub was clean and tidy. Staff friendly.

Staying in the area, and chanced upon this pub. Very pleasantly surprised by the meals and reasonably priced. Great choice and huge portions. Friendly staff. Would visit again if in the area.

We visited here when stopping at a nearby caravan park so the kids could play in the soft play area. The soft play area itself was up a flight of stairs with no lift, which is great when you have a pram! None of the...More

We visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy and the only table free hadn't been cleared and was near the queue for the carvery. This meant we were watched while we are. Food and drink ok. Kids enjoyed it.

It doesn't advertise as being dog friendly however with the size of the place, number of rooms and patio area I'd presume it wouldn't be an issue 😊
