first and last visit for us here,,, we ordered 2 coffees, a cheese and pickle pannini and fish and chips... the coffee came in cups that were the size of eggcups,, my pannini had no cheese and not much pickle and about 6 crisps with it and my partners fish and chips were just average...

We found the Parlour Tea Room at the top of the tramway, we only dropped in for a coffee and a cake whilst waiting for our coach but we were glad we did. Lovely coffee and a large piece of cake, excellent value for money and very pleasant staff. Will certainly call again next time we're in town.

Called in on Saturday morning for tea, scones and tea cakes. The tea and scones were brought out very quickly but the tea cakes were a different issue. We sat and waited for almost 15 minutes, assuming that other orders were taking preference. When my son decided to inquire about them, he was told, "oops, sorry, forget about them". They... More

This place looked comfortable and with a good selection of breakfast items on offer. We each ordered a bowl of muesli, followed by something cooked. I was having a sausage sarnie and my partner went for scrambled eggs on... More
