Popped in for a cup of tea and cake. Wonderful choice of cakes all homemade, made the decision hard as they all looked yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and Naomi was a very friendly host. Would definitely go again.

Good atmosphere, lots of pictures and books to look at. The Wortleberry jam with a warm scone, clotted cream and butter was lovely. A good pot of tea. Dogs are allowed but as a dog owner I don't think they should be allowed on the furniture. Couldn't get my wheelchair up the step so left it outside and went in... More

Oh dear, Amanda. You are a 14-year old disgruntled ex-employee, and it shows. I was present, front of house, throughout your visit, after which you posted this silly review. What a fantastic place-so cosy...you felt you could happily spend hours there (even the dogs were offered a little blanket to lie on!) The food was great, and we had pre-ordered a stunning chocolate birthday cake which was delicious. Excellent, warm and friendly service.

The Tearoom is very cosy. Our dog was given a warm welcome with a wool blanket to lay on and a couple of doggie biscuits. The tuna melt toastie and the brie bacon and cranberry sauce rolls are recommended. The latte was my drink of choice, which was superb. The customer service was first class. Will definitely visit again on... More

A friendly welcome on a very cold day. My dog received an even better welcome than I did. Toweled, Treated and cosy in his blanket. Well done folks. I was eager for a pot of tea and a cream tea. Neither disappointed. I'm only sorry that I didn't discover this unique tea room until the day before I went home.... More
