Yes you heard me right, these staff member called all of their colleagues and friends beaten us like flipping goats, and the owner hit my friend with a glass bottle, police been called on them but those cowards fled the place, when police arrived and...asked for the CCTV the manager refused to give the CCTV as she didn't know the password, my friend was sitting outside on the bench while half bleeding when suddenly the owner appeared and started pushing us away on the road, it was a scene to watch as there were 15 of those people and we were just 4, I hope police will take an action on them asap and this place will tear downMore

Went here for a meal with a friend, the staff were rude, I’m not entirely sure if it was a language barrier or what it is was. But the polish woman was extremely rude, embarrassing us infront of other diners. The Asian woman was no...better. Mock tails are rubbish, we didn’t stay for food, we felt like we had been forced out as they all started whispering and giving us looks to make us uncomfortable. We couldn’t finish our drinks. We visted The Engine first time, we thought it will have railway theme related but that's not a case, but don't let that put you off. This place have different but unique decor outiside, you can't miss 2 gold camels with lights around them, with...we found have a nice touch. It has little garden with tables outside and on the left you go in to Shisha bar, we where going to try it but was bit too busy for our liking. Prices for Shisha are from £10 and upwords. When we entered the The engine we got greeted by lovely staff and got seated quickly. Menu is have only 2 pages so it dosen't have a great selection, so it might not be for everybody, but we eventually picked something what we liked. Food was nice and delicious, prices are cheap but portsions are little small but does fill you up. Service was quick, friendly staff and clean tables. Overall was nice, not as busy condsider it was late in the evening. We recommend trying strawberry mojito and pina colada :)More

We are regulars at the engine, I’ve recommended this place so many times and there’s never been any disappointment. Really shocked at the reviews! Food is enjoyable and good for a quick bite if you’re looking for elite food then go to a restaurant. Food...is cheap anyway so you get what you pay for. I think you actually get more than what you pay for. Owners have always been friendly and so have the workers, any problems are always sorted! Always feel comfortable here as ladies regardless of the time we go. From all the shisha places I’ve been too, the shisha here is spot on.More

Worse place for food and shsiha is not good I found the food was made from frozen and not fresh i found that this resturant was one of the worse in Luton by far never to return

It was an amazing place, frozen food, nice decor, yet the attitude of staff is yach. Toilets are super dirty and very bad polices for sisha.

It was a nice day and I wanted to visit this place as it looked different. It has a large outdoor seating area with artificial grass and benches with large umbrellas. There are two golden camels (decorations) outside . The place is located behind The...Mall Luton in Silver Street. When I walked in I had to wait before I was greeted by a young girl(1st day on the job) And I asked to sit outside and wait for my partner. I asked for the umbrella to be put up so she had to get the manager who came ot and did it. He didnt greet me or ask me if I wanted a drink. I asked him if he had beer he said no they didnt serve alchohol. Its styled as an American Diner but has a garden that looks like an oasis and also a shisha lounge on the outside as well. There no other patrons there. I think the lack of alcohol had something to do with it. I reviewed the menu which was halaal. 90% chicken but has beef burgers or chilli con carne. i sat un attended for 40 minutes until my partner came and she didnt like the menu so we left via the garden entrance to the street. Ordered food from this place on uber eats. Delivery fine but received the food cold. Called the restaurant, staff member who spoke, he said he would look into this issue for me and call after 10 minutes. Suprise surprise, no call back, I had to...call back to a already irritable staff member who was ready to have argument on the phone and looking to push blame onto someone else, not very helpful. Never apologise for poor service just looking for excuse to save their own skin. Poor customer service.More

Attitude of Owner stinks. Absolutely disrespectful. Does not understand the value of customer. Arrogant and rude person at the till.

Shisha was amazing, coils where changed drinks and food was nice definitely would go back. But service was terrible we had to ask for waiter all the time and she was not happy to come over at all we paid 80£ i expect some service.....i had to ask to take a food order not offered any deserts had to ask again.. also covid not safe , tables dirty menus are not single use so been touched by so many people. Not all staff are wearing masks.More

Amazing service, great fresh and High quality food Best restaurant in Luton, sauces tasted that amazing we had to ask to take some home. The keeper was very nice as he approached us to ask if food was good.

I visited a couple of weeks ago whilst the eat out scheme was in use. We did not have to wait long for the queue at all, the staff were very nice. Even though the restaurant was very busy they were taking social distancing measures...very seriously. The staff were cleaning after very customer and wiping down surfaces . I would highly recommend to visit again seeing as the service was impeccable. I also noticed the have a private area upstairs which I would definitely book for a family function as it seems very quiet and private .More
