Beer was good for a lunchtime pint. Breakfast tasted really good but wasn't worth what we were charged for it.

I've known about this delightful pub for many years, but never had the chance to drink here. However, long train delays meant could at least sample the beers on offer. Service good, good range of beers, and pleasant location.

Called in before heading to John Smith stadium for rugby league. Clean comfortable pub. Friendly staff and good range of beer, kept well. Well worth a visit.
