Cath Thank you for your review and I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with your visit. We work very hard on our ice cream recipe to create the perfect balance of texture and flavours so we are disappointed that the children felt their ice...More

Called for breakfast, full English was good. Sausage was under cooked, but that's about taste. BUT you really need to address staffing, the expression on your waitresses face it is shocking. There is a patronising approach taken by staff.. customers pay wages simple.More

Visited today to find that the ice-cream is overpriced at £2.20 for the smallest portion I have ever seen. I agree with another reviewer who said that it was "mediocre". Some strange flavours for example "brown bread and jam" - no thank you. Staff unfriendly....More

Friendly staff and a good menu. I usually have a Fish Finger buttie which is a little better than the title of the dish. I recommend that you try the Marmalade Ice Cream if you have the space for one

I have been here twice now; both very recent visits. On both occasions the staff have been cold and impolite, bordering rude; I am always prepared to give people a second chance, but the staff were like this on both occasions. On the second visit...More
