Although we live quite local to here my husband suggested an overnight stay with evening meal would be a lovely treat for Valentines week. It is amazingly cosy, comfortable and yes it was a brilliant idea to eat, enjoy a drink and sleep overnight. The food was delicious and well presented. I had the best Fish pie ever and whilst... Visited this restaurant on Friday evening and the food was fabulous but the service was not so good with some confusion about our order which dampened our experience. Overall a great evening though.

Had the most wonderful food this evening, but the service was sadly less than basic. As we were seated we were asked what we wanted to drink and when offered the wine list no one returned for our order; we had to go find the waiter! The starters came extremely quickly which were delicious and the mains too. When we... More

This is my favourite place to eat in Huddersfield. Their menu is always updated with new food. The food is delicious and fresh. The decor is unique and classy. There are plenty of framed singed autographs on the wall. It's five star quality. The service is quick and the staff are experienced and professional.

We loved the new lighter decor which has only enhanced the wonderful atmosphere at this restaurant. I'm glad to report that the level of service has greatly improved over the past year or so. Staff were all lovely - pleasant, polite, well-trained, and well-informed about the menu. I still have the same old beef (excuse the pun), however, about the... More

We have dined at The Three Acres on many occasions, liking its location, and atmosphere very much. Booking for dinner is generally a 'must', but you could chance it for lunch without pre booking. The menu varies periodically, and much of the produce is sourced as locally as possible. The food can be a little disappointing at times, and wait... More
