Booked lunch here to celebrate my birthday. we arrived about 12.45 and they were already very busy, we were greeted like old friends, and shown to our table.
We ate off of the lunchtime menu,which is priced at 15.95 for 2 courses and 18.95 for 3.
I had a very nice prawn cocktail to begin with, followed by chicken Elizaberh, which was so tasty creamy and hot, with nice veg and sautéed potatoes hubby had duo of Greek dips, and he followed this with meat moussaka that came with a nice Greek salad. He had room left for an apple and caramel crumble with custard.
All the waiters, including the young man who had just started that day, were friendly, had time to chat, and made for a very nice experience, thank you all for helping me enjoy my birthday.

After reading all the 5* ratings, we decided to travel from Broadstairs and give this restaurant a try. We went for lunch to take advantage of the lunch time 2 or 3 course menu £18.95 and £21.95 which is excellent value. The staff are polite and efficient and we both indulged in the 3 courses, all very well cooked and lovely presentation. The place was busy and had a good atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Myself and my partner visited for date night midweek and we both ate from the Festive Menu which was ONLY £28.50pp. It was great value for money with delicious, acceptional food cooked with love and a warm and welcoming atmosphere from all staff the minute we arrived. I will be recommending and visiting again! Thank you Sotirios! X

From the moment you step in to the moment you leave you are treated like you are one of the family. We went for the set menu which offers great choice and doesn't feel like you are going for a cheaper option. I had tempura prawn with sweet chilli sauce, with the source being notable thicker and more tasty than the stuff you get at a supermarket, wagu beef burger that was incredibly tender and packed full of flavour along side proper chunky yet crispy chips which were fantastic, desert was a raspberry rulard with fresh cream and plenty of raspberry sauce which was rich and incredibly creamy. 3 courses for £20 felt great value for money as well. First time there with my young family and we will certainly be returning. Thank you and see you soon!

We booked the Sunday lunch option for my Dad’s birthday. We were a big group of about 16, and as usual the attentiveness of the staff and the food were incredible! Any problems we had were dealt with incredibly quickly and without issue. The children’s meals were brought out first at the start of each course, which was hugely appreciated. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was ok and whether more drinks were needed - we didn’t need to flag anyone down the entire meal. Thank you again for making my Dad‘s birthday such a special occasion!

A great restaurant for a family meal (we've also been for a romantic anniversary meal) run by a friendly and welcoming family who made us feel special from the moment we arrived.
Fabulous service even though they were busy- nothing was too much trouble!
The food was delicious, with very generous portions.
They went the extra mile and sang Happy Birthday to me, also presenting me with a cake- we hadn't even booked telling then that it was for a 50th birthday meal.

My 3rd time visiting today and as always everything was perfect. Ali luke are the most amazing waiters and always remember us. We had the pleasure today of kosta(apologies if not spelt correctly) the owner serving us and what a treat! He made all 4 of us feel so welcome.
Every single member of staff is a credit to him. Even the youngsters go above and beyond
Sotirios is my favourite restaurant but when I go there I don't feel like I'm In a restaurant I feel like I'm at a friend or relatives house for dinner because it's just so beautifully welcoming. Best service I've ever experienced anywhere. What a gem this place is

Just wow! Thank you for one of best Sunday roast dinners we have had out. 8 of us went on Sunday 26th May for my birthday, the service the food were excellent. Would highly recommend. It was made very special when whole restaurant sings Happy birthday and they bring cake. Will definitely be returning, thanks again.

3rd time we’ve been here in the space of 10 days. Have been coming for Sotirios for years with the family and we’re never disappointed. Service is better than you will get from any other restaurant in Folkestone and the food just gets better and better. Pork Belly (lovely and crispy) and Forerib Beef (melt in the mouth, unreal) were to die for. Costas and his boys Luca & Alex are excellent and take after their dad with their service. Paige & Agnes are fantastic as are the rest of the girls. Everyone is always smiling and nothing is ever too much.
Great afternoon with delicious food and great service.

This is a wonderful family run restaurant, the staff were all so friendly and attentive. They really make you feel comfortable. The food was absolutely incredible, we ordered the mini meze as a starter to share and they offered us more bread which added to their care and attention for their customers. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning customers

I've been coming to Sotirios for the best part of 30 years and I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal. Service is always 5* and it is my go to restaurant. I've tried others in surrounding areas but for food quality, value for money, service and above a friendliness, you cannot beat it. Once you've been, I've watched Costas sons grow up and become a major part of the business and I'll guarantee you will be back once you've tried it. Thank you so much all for everything over the years

40th Birthday Celebrations.
Amazing food!!! Delicious, melt in the mouth chicken! 5☆ service - Restaurant staff & owners so warm & welcoming. Attentive to our needs. Excellent attention to detail! Made us feel very special! Presented a baked Birthday cake & sang Happy Birthday as a surprise- Such a kind & thoughtful gesture from the staff.

Let's start at the start..... within 2 minutes we had food menus drinks menus, 4mins drinks and bread . Not long after prawns and scallops starter and scallops in bacon with a sauce arrived .. sublime ... I had the slow cooked lamb ..amazing ! Wife had the stargazer .. (check menu).. purposefully left out the ingredients to force you too the menu. Banoffee pie dessert was so damn good. The service is world class . Attentive , polite , fast and very personal.. Absolutely amazing 2 hours. When something needs shouting about .. need I say more.

This was my mums favourite restaurant she came once a month with friends. We lost her suddenly in August of this year and today would have been her 70th birthday.
The staff remembered mum and used her name and offered us drinks to toast her memory. As always the food was amazing, the kindness offered by staff is so personal you feel like you’re the only customer in the restaurant.
My family’s favourite restaurant by far !!

Absolutely fab… food was very good, adapted the bread for GF for my mini meze. All other food we ate was very very tasty.
The service was second to none as soon as we entered the restaurant, everyone was so friendly and attentive.
The only thing I didn’t get was the brother’s names as would have liked to pick them out as outstanding.
Definitely worth over an hours drive to eat here. Would definitely recommend eating here
Gluten-free options really good too 🥳🥳
