Really good pizzas, great atmosphere and lovely staff. It was my dad’s birthday and they really went out of their way to make it special. Would definitely recommend!

Made a booking at short notice and were able to fit us in. We wanted burgers but they weren't available for a few hours but rhe front of house were able to accommodate us. The food was absolutely first rate, really delicious. Service was incredibly...helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough.More
Arrived and had to wait 10 mins to be shown to a table further wait for another 20 minutes before drinks order taken. Food arrived swiftly we only had mains and was tasty but then took ages to get the bill sorted whilst the one...waitress working cleared empty tables! Had to take the bill to the bar in order to pay and again another wait to pay Customer service was very poor won’t be going backMore

Gone downhill. Changed signature pizza and didnt inform us. Prices going up, Quality and service are slipping. Watched staff argue on my last 2 visits. Given up on the place now ( been using the place regularly for a few years and sad to write...this post).More
Wow 🤩 Pizza, rustic fries and peroni! All amazing, so much pizza choice. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Great service & lovely location
Had a smash burger it wasn’t a smashed burger(no frayed edges) and the patty tasted like a cheap frozen burger(not quality beef)
Visited Stone Rock tonight for a meal. It's our third visit to this restaurant, but this time we were quite disappointed. The pizza base was fine, but it lacked flavour and toppings...mostly cheese with a few scattered prawns and some Chorizo. £15 for that was...a joke! We asked for a brownie sundae for dessert, but got a brownie on a place with a ball of vanilla ice cream...at £7 another joke. The service was poor, nothing cleared away in a timely fashion & no one checked if our food was okay. There was occasionally an incessant, high-pitched beeping in the background. Apparently, something is wrong with the printer. Plus, people were arriving to book into the B&B while in the proximity of us having an evening meal is very off-putting. We live in Chepstow and like to be patrons of the establishments & shops in the town, but we won't be going back to Stone Rock, or recommending to our friends and colleagues.More
Fantastic pizza, just delicious. Thin chewy crust, the tastiest cheese and sauce and a huge selection of toppings. The Forest of Dean is particularly good if you like local salami and venison! Attentive staff, drinks that aren't overpriced and a dog-friendly atmosphere made for a...great meal.More
We had pizza for dinner in this restaurant. Pizza was very tasty, pizza dough was baked perfect with distinct ''leopard marks''. On negatives was the bad service and the dirty tables. If our table was clear, I would give four stars.
First visit for a party of 6. Amazing pizza and burger. Staff wonderful a little gem in Chepstow totally packed so need to pre book Already booked for another visit.
Amazing food Aswell as amazing service . Such polite individuals making my experience so much better. Didn’t have to wait long at all and the waiter was always making sure we was okay and if we needed anything . Will definitely be returning !
Been here a few times over the past few months and I’m very impressed with the service I have received. All the staff are incredibly polite and always make me feel very welcome , food is always up to amazing standards and couldn’t be any...nicer so shoutout to the chefs. Shoutout to all the staff regardless of how rude people are to them they always serve with a smile 😊More
Avoid this place at all cost , we were told on one visit “chef is leaving , so don’t know what the food will be like next week. On another visit even after booking , you better order quick as kitchen is closing . Booked...again tonight got there just before 8.50 for pizza , “sorry kitchen is cleaning down , can’t serve you” If you are looking for ambiance.. forget this place and avoid like the plague. We can recommend another 2 good Italians in Chepstow. Una vita and Panevino .More
It’s my 5th visit, I’ve always been happy but tonight might be my last time. OK it’s incredibly hot and we’re all a bit grumpy but tonight wasn’t good. Dirty table ( even though we’d been asked to wait while it was cleaned) warm Prosecco,...they no longer serve their “smash burgers”, so the only choice now is a pizza. The wine took ages to arrive & it wasn’t cold, we asked for ice and a bucket, but they didn’t have ice. The side salad we ordered didn’t arrive nor did the tap water & glasses. Not a good evening 😢More
