Had a few snacks and drinks at Oscar's during our weekend in Hay. Good coffee and cake and a range of lunchtime fodder in a relaxed atmosphere.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a weekday. He ordered soup and a roll which was average but my burger tasted like it had been commercially made, frozen and then thawed in a microwave. I took two bites and couldn't stomach any...More

We will never return to Oscars! We were confronted with a surly man who appeared impatient whilst we were deciding what to order. This was followed by the crashing & banging of china, there was no conversation with us at all. I wanted to ask...More
