Yet another small pub in Banbury that has great selection of cask ales and other beers on tap! The atmosphere is fun and the staff are great to non-locals.

Popped in for lunch and a drink - lots to order from on the menu but had a lovely handmade sandwich with chips and a drink. Staff were friendly and we had a nice lunch.

We have often ate here for a quick lunch and thought we would take our daughter for a Roast on a Sunday. I know we ordered the 2 small roast dinners and a large for my husband but there wasn't much difference in portions and when the vegetables arrived we were lucky to have a table spoon each! and a... Had a challenging day at work so we headed to the Reindeer for our favourite treat. Had the menu steak and was great as usual. Price is spot on and was washed down with a few pints of Old Hooky, and a glass or two of red wine. Put the smile back on our faces. Always very friendly staff and... More

Didn't know what to expect but whatever it was myself and my family had a warm welcome with very good food. Venison burger was excellent and the children's fish fingers are definitely home made and very tasty. Probably the best pub in Banbury

Four of us racked up just after midday without a booking and were greeted warmly and seated straight away. The lunchtime menu was quite limited but there was enough choice for us and we order two Fish Finger Sandwiches and two Reindeer Burgers. All the food was hot and tasty.

Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn is the oldest public house in Banbury. Situated halfway down Parsons Street, in the town centre no visit to Banbury is complete without a visit to Ye Olde Reine Deer. A Hook Norton Brewery pub ensures the offering of mainstay Hooky beers and a seasonal guest, its even the breweries 'flagship' pub. The pub itself is over 400 years old and steeped in history and local folk law. The Globe room a hidden gem to the rear of the property used to be a common room for travelling gentry and is still clad in the original oak panelling, an incredible find and talking point.

We serve food 12pm-3pm, 6pm-9pm Monday-Saturday and 2pm-3pm on Sunday. Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn has always had an impeccable reputation for great pub food and extremely well kept ale. We always aim to meet and exceed these very high standards.
