Always good food but ......ordered online, it said collection 10 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later, food not ready. By the time the scampi was cooked (slightly under) the burgers, that had already been cooked, were cold.
A bit disappointing for a family treat after a long week.
Unfortunately, won't now rush back.

Really nice local fish bar, with really friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing. I had the grilled Octopus and it did not disappoint. The octopus was just how I like it and was served with salad and chips. This restaurant possibly has the best chips in the world. I am local to here so I am definitely coming back!

Fish batter was hard and over cooked,didnt enjoy it at all.Money is tight as it is without having to waste food.I dont complain as a rule.

I can't fault the lovely staff, always cheerful and friendly. I had an OAP Cod & Chips which I collected. Tonight was the second time I've been sorely disappointed with my food. The chips were fine but the cod had obviously sat in the heated cabinet for ages it was so dry and I could hardly scrape it from the batter. Most of it went in the bin.
Sorry Beaumonts this is the second time I've had this problem. I know Friday is a very busy time but I would still like to enjoy a nice piece of moist cod with chips from you.
Sorry to complain but felt you needed to know. If I come to order again I'll have to ask for a freshly cooked piece of fish.

Really poor service, we ordered a mixed kebab for 6pm, tuned up on time minus the pittas. Two calls and 30 mins later they delivered them. Unfortunately everything else was cold. No apology. We will use someone else in the future.

So disappointed. Wife chose to have a fish and chip meal from a local shop as a birthday supper. It was cold, greasy and we couldn't eat it. Driver who delivered was rude. Wish we hadn't paid in advance as would have returned the lot as no edible

Food is bang average but the real issue we have found is the wait time???? Used a few times and waited between 1hr 30 mins - 2 hrs ..... Every occasion and any night of the week! Weekend I can understand (Friday/sat) but a week night?? It’s not ok to have to chase delivery everytime u order but having to chase it twice is crazy and to be told ‘we’re busy’ is not an acceptable excuse for over 2hr wait for some Chicken, chips and a burger. I wouldn’t stand for that in a restaurant. Shame.

Have ordered a delivery a few times from these guys recently. Delivery is always prompt & the fish & chips are delicious. The large cod is always succulent & in nice crispy batter. The chips are just right - not too greasy with plenty of lovely crispy bits in too. I like their curry sauce & their jumbo sausages as well - a new regular for me & good value for money!

(my friend worked there for over a year)
we ordered a kids nuggets and chips a kids burger and chips, two tango drinks and was made to pay extra for sauce in our burger, when it was delivered the driver told us he didn't have our food as he thought it was funny, we opened the food and the chips after being given it... for both meals the chips were freezing cold the burger had no salad or sauce even though we payed extra for it, we received the wrong drinks we got given two bottles of water, and when we rang back and they said they would free of charge send our order out again as so much was wrong, the driver then asked us for £3 and felt bad he didn't even know why he was asking us for £3, we opened our order and they had only sent us the burger with salad in it no sauce and only the chips for the burger, no chips for the nuggets... we didn't get our drinks. completely disappointed and was spoken over on the phone wouldn't let me talk, tried telling me the kids burger dosent come with salad but i was sitting next to my friend who worked there and she knew it had salad in it.
don't order from here!!!!!

Our local fish and chip shop to which we return to regularly, fish and chips are good and the lamb shish kebabs are tender and perfectly seasoned on top of some great pita bread, with a side of salad, chilli and garlic mayo sauce. Our go to order.

Recommended to me by Sahin. Honestly the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Now will be replacing my favourite local fish and chips I’ve had for years. Nice and hot when collected.

Really sorry guys, I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, I don't know what has changed/happened recently but the last 3 times I have orded the order has been wrong, missing items etc. Ordering a mixed kebab arriving without sauce or any salad, ordered kids meal missing drinks and salad, I really can't give you anymore chances to get it right, especially when the wait times are 1 hour 45 minutes, your clearly taking on too much, quality not quantity!!
