Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My twin brother Stephen and I jumped the Midland Metro from Birmingham to Wolverhampton and on alighting the tram one of the first places we visited was K Teas Cakes and what a very pleasant time we had . Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, a light and airy interior, great decor and furnishings, very cosy and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe ,a really good cafe to unwind in. We weere here on a Wednesday morning, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff, we gave our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitised our hands, we were led to a table were we ordered a flat white coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great cafe we were in. My coffee was really good, from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve, while sipping our coffee's we planned out the day ahead. This cafe was pretty full but staff in here made sure everyone was socially distanced, well done to the staff. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here ,only stayed for the one each before moving on and for a first time visit we were totally impressed. K Teas Cakes is easy to locate along Georges Parade . Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, open from 9am. Sunday, Closed. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

We visited yesterday 20th July. There was a good selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. The toasted teacake was nice and there was also a lovely choice of gluten free cakes and sandwiches which is important as I am coeliac. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It made a nice change from the usual cattle market cafes which do not always offer many gluten free options. it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we will definitely be back.

I was introduced to K Teas by a friend and have been back several times since. The all day breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are always great, and the homemade cakes (including gluten free) are incredible! Owner Caty is lovely and remembers her customers including their dietary requirements. It's a quirky little place and while service at a cafe chain elsewhere in the city may be quicker, I know where I'd rather spend my money. You can't beat the personal touch and comfy chairs!

Popped in on a whim yesterday as a half term treat for the kids. The kids loved the decor (random sofas and chairs) and there was plenty of room for them to move around in - we are not a sitting family, unapologetically. Staff were lovely as was the food- the white chocolate and strawberry cake could ruin any waistline. We shall be back.

KTeas is the place to be for an all inclusive experience with not only the food, but the people and staff too. There is a vegan and gluten free option on every menu. It's the only place I know that makes freshly baked delicious cake's, (also plenty of choice being gluten free). Anyone calls me up and asks to meet up, it's always at KTeas Cakes. I have even recently started a social group that meets up here every month, to enjoy such a wonderful array of food. It is a warm and friendly place that is all inclusive of all people, including IanT, who sounds like he had a bad day and decided to take it out on the hostess. Poor IanT 😞 Maybe you should join one of the many relaxing social groups that meet up there EVERY DAY to unwind. Or use the the very clean toilet facilities to remove the stick from up your backside. There is even a free selection of books to read and board games to play to learn social interaction with others. 😁 Or you could relax on the home from home sofas there whilst listening to, "Anger management", tapes. KTeas Cakes is a home away from home, with freshly made affordable food and a huge selection of teas. And the staff are lovely and chatty and make you feel like family. 😁👍

Worst place I've ever been. waiting for an hour for our order when it came the panninis where flat and tasted awful. Bacon and sausage sandwich was made with stale bread. It's not worth the money way over priced for nasty cheep food if you are going to charge over £5 use better ingredients. Avoid at all costs. I was refunded for my sandwich by a very rude woman behind the counter.

I visited this place last week with a friend and was only going to have a coffee but thought might as well take advantage of the government eat out to help out scheme and so ordered a coffee, an oatmeal cookie and a halloumi and avocado wrap. The food is amazing and although the place was very busy, it was a lovely atmosphere and everyone followed covid guidelines. Will definitely be returning!

We came in on the off chance for a coffee what started as a chance encounter has now become a staple every time we visit town. Her hot chocolate is so moreish me and the wife absolutely swear by it. As i have a disability Caty is very welcoming. I cant believe these other reviews on here. We know she is fantastic and always look forward to visiting whenever we pop in to town Keep up the great work. Hope to see you soon Kunal & Sonia

Lovely place, lovely atmosphere and amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. I come regularly for my lunch when at work and the food is always amazing, I always look forward to my visit!! I’ve just eaten a Brie, bacon and cranberry panini which was probably less flat than most paninis due to the generous amount of fresh, delicious filling. Worth every penny! And the coffee is some of the best I’ve had, I’d much rather have coffee from here than Starbucks! Cakes always to die for. I’m always called by name by the staff and they really treat you like a good friend. I don’t have a single complaint! Excellent small business and a hidden gem that you must try!!

The best café in Wolverhampton! Caty serves beautiful, fresh food; freshly baked cakes and a variety of teas. The café is immaculate, and you always receive a warm welcome when you come in. A lot of consideration has obviously gone into making this café ethical and inclusive. Highly recommended.

The best establishment in Wolverhampton by some margin. I have lost count of how many wonderful hours I have spent in K Teas, each of them more welcoming than the one before. Wonderful service, cosy atmosphere and excellent food at incredibly reasonable pricing. A much needed beacon in the community with a well earned reputation. Nowhere comes close.

My first visit was a good one; there was a warm welcome and the service was excellent. My coffee was made exactly to my liking. The seating was lovely and I very comfortable; I could have stayed longer... it was a good place to sit, even on my own.

Myself and partner are regular visitors to k teas cakes. We pop in most Saturdays for time out. Sitting in a comfortable chair and a lovely atmosphere. I have oeliac disease. Do finding somewhere safe to eat is a big issue for me. I walk through the doors and I can relax and enjoy, cakes , meals and drinks. I recommend it to everyone. My daughter had her baby shower there. Brilliant fun atmosphere. Everyone is welcome....

Lovely tea shop, Cream Teas are fantastic and so is the filter coffee. There is always a generous selection of cakes to choose from. Decor is great and gives the place a classic tea shop feel in a modern building. The staff are really friendly.
