Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We came in on the off chance for a coffee what started as a chance encounter has now become a staple every time we visit town. Her hot chocolate is so moreish me and the wife absolutely swear by it. As i have a disability...Caty is very welcoming. I cant believe these other reviews on here. We know she is fantastic and always look forward to visiting whenever we pop in to town Keep up the great work. Hope to see you soon Kunal & SoniaMore

I was introduced to K Teas by a friend and have been back several times since. The all day breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are always great, and the homemade cakes (including gluten free) are incredible! Owner Caty is lovely and remembers her customers including their...dietary requirements. It's a quirky little place and while service at a cafe chain elsewhere in the city may be quicker, I know where I'd rather spend my money. You can't beat the personal touch and comfy chairs!More

Having just visited the tea shop with my friend using her voucher her son had brought her for Xmas. The afternoon tea was a joke, sandwiches were as dry as anything and no butter. And the cake, well I've thrown better away. We did say...something about the cakes, she just said oh are they, no compensation or other cake. I've been to many establishments over the years for afternoon tea, but that was by far the worst. Plus to top it off we all had our coats on it was freezing in there. Won't be recommend that Tea shop to anyone. HorrendousMore

Lovely place, lovely atmosphere and amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. I come regularly for my lunch when at work and the food is always amazing, I always look forward to my visit!! I’ve just eaten a Brie, bacon and cranberry panini which...was probably less flat than most paninis due to the generous amount of fresh, delicious filling. Worth every penny! And the coffee is some of the best I’ve had, I’d much rather have coffee from here than Starbucks! Cakes always to die for. I’m always called by name by the staff and they really treat you like a good friend. I don’t have a single complaint! Excellent small business and a hidden gem that you must try!!More

Been going here probably about 5years pre Covid, 3years ago I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, so I already knew this was a good place to get gluten free cakes, it’s one of the few places that I have confidence to eat out without having...to worry about cross contamination, I even asked if it was possible to make a gluten free Guinness cake ( I provided her with a G/F stout) the result was lovely, the premises is always immaculately clean and welcoming it reminds me of going to my nans as a child on a Sunday Can’t fault the place in anyway I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE COELIACMore

The best café in Wolverhampton! Caty serves beautiful, fresh food; freshly baked cakes and a variety of teas. The café is immaculate, and you always receive a warm welcome when you come in. A lot of consideration has obviously gone into making this café ethical...and inclusive. Highly recommended.More

Love this place.. have to go to wolves for work errands and always pop in there for my Hazelnut coffee and cake. Also popped in with the kids and had fun playing one of the board games available while waiting for our English breakfast. Definitely...a unique cozzy little place and none of the standard chain coffee shop nonsense.More

The best establishment in Wolverhampton by some margin. I have lost count of how many wonderful hours I have spent in K Teas, each of them more welcoming than the one before. Wonderful service, cosy atmosphere and excellent food at incredibly reasonable pricing. A much...needed beacon in the community with a well earned reputation. Nowhere comes close.More

KTeas is the place to be for an all inclusive experience with not only the food, but the people and staff too. There is a vegan and gluten free option on every menu. It's the only place I know that makes freshly baked delicious cake's,...(also plenty of choice being gluten free). Anyone calls me up and asks to meet up, it's always at KTeas Cakes. I have even recently started a social group that meets up here every month, to enjoy such a wonderful array of food. It is a warm and friendly place that is all inclusive of all people, including IanT, who sounds like he had a bad day and decided to take it out on the hostess. Poor IanT 😞 Maybe you should join one of the many relaxing social groups that meet up there EVERY DAY to unwind. Or use the the very clean toilet facilities to remove the stick from up your backside. There is even a free selection of books to read and board games to play to learn social interaction with others. 😁 Or you could relax on the home from home sofas there whilst listening to, "Anger management", tapes. KTeas Cakes is a home away from home, with freshly made affordable food and a huge selection of teas. And the staff are lovely and chatty and make you feel like family. 😁👍More

Myself and partner are regular visitors to k teas cakes. We pop in most Saturdays for time out. Sitting in a comfortable chair and a lovely atmosphere. I have oeliac disease. Do finding somewhere safe to eat is a big issue for me. I walk...through the doors and I can relax and enjoy, cakes , meals and drinks. I recommend it to everyone. My daughter had her baby shower there. Brilliant fun atmosphere. Everyone is welcome....More

Lovely tea shop, Cream Teas are fantastic and so is the filter coffee. There is always a generous selection of cakes to choose from. Decor is great and gives the place a classic tea shop feel in a modern building. The staff are really friendly.

Worst place I've ever been. waiting for an hour for our order when it came the panninis where flat and tasted awful. Bacon and sausage sandwich was made with stale bread. It's not worth the money way over priced for nasty cheep food if you...are going to charge over £5 use better ingredients. Avoid at all costs. I was refunded for my sandwich by a very rude woman behind the counter.More

I'm here twice a week with work. It would be more but I'm not local. A lovely atmosphere, very much community spirited. Caty is more than great coffee, and wonderful cake ( also great breakfasts etc.), it's a whole community space, with groups meeting here....Friendly and helpful.More
